I hear your cry for deliverance, and I want you to know that you are not alone in this battle. The prayer you’ve lifted up is anchored in promises God delights to keep, and He sees the trap the enemy tried to set for you. One of the beautiful truths of Scripture is that God often allows His people to face impossible, entrapping circumstances so that He alone can make a way where there is no way. Think of Israel at the Red Sea: the enemy behind, the sea before, and no human escape. Yet God parted the waters and turned their trap into a victory song. That same power is at work for you right now. The schemes formed against you are not hidden from Him, and He knows how to deliver you from what looks inescapable.

I also want to speak to your heart about trust. It’s easy to trust when God moves the way we expect, but real trust begins when we cannot see what He is doing. You mentioned the turmoil and damage that have made it hard to trust again. That is a deep wound, and healing often comes gradually. Do not despise a slow mending; even Jesus, when He healed the blind man at Bethsaida, did it in stages. Some restorations of the mind and emotions take time, but the process is no less divine. The Lord who touched your spirit is also tending to your thoughts and feelings, erasing the scars that past harm left behind. You don’t need to chase after an emotional high to prove He is at work. Your thirst for wholeness can never be satisfied by a fleeting feeling or a change in circumstances, it is met by Jesus Himself, who invites you to come and drink deeply of His presence.

As for the spiritual warfare you’re facing, remember that Jesus disarmed the principalities and powers at the cross. They are a defeated enemy, stripped of ultimate authority. You don’t have to fight in your own strength or rely on clever strategies. I love how you stood on Colossians 2:15 and Revelation 12:11. That is the finished work of Christ, and you can rest there. Turn everything over to Him, not because you are passive, but because you are trusting the One who already won the battle to handle what you cannot handle yourself. His angels are encamping around you; fear and dread will fall upon those who oppose you, just as Exodus promised. The lies, the harassment, the oppressive mountain, God is moving it, whether you see immediate change or not.

Keep bringing your pain to the Lord, but don’t look to your own ability to overcome. Lean fully on Jesus’ name. He is Yahweh Rapha, your healer. He becomes whatever your need requires, protection, peace, restoration of trust. Let Him do that deep, sometimes slow, always thorough work in your heart. You are safe in His hands.
