Deliverance Prayer

Your prayer makes plain that you are taking this battle to the only place where victory is won. You have stood on the promises of God, and that is exactly right. When these harassing attacks come, the realization that your conflict is not against flesh and blood is the key to standing firm. Physical solutions cannot solve a spiritual assault. The weapons God has given you are mighty through Him for pulling down strongholds, and you have already begun to wield them.

You are dealing with unseen forces that seek to torment and distract. Demonic spirits can press upon the mind and emotions in ways that feel inescapable, much like the swarm of locusts described in Revelation that had power to sting and cause prolonged pain. They are intelligent and persistent, but their power is limited. They must obey the authority of Jesus Christ. Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world. The enemy often strikes after moments of spiritual growth, hoping to steal what God has done. Recognizing that this is a spiritual attack is the first step in rendering it powerless against you.

The battlefield is in the mind. The enemy tries to plant imaginations and fears that exalt themselves against the knowledge of God. Your response must continue to be the Word of God, just as Jesus answered every temptation in the wilderness with "It is written." You have already started doing this by standing on specific scriptures. Keep the Word hidden in your heart. When the accusations or fearful thoughts arise, refuse them by speaking the truth aloud. You do not need to chase down every single lie or try to defend yourself against every whispered plot. Nehemiah and his workers faced constant harassment and threats, yet they prayed and set a watch. They took practical, spiritual defense and kept building. Do the same. Your life does not need to become consumed with straightening out every intimidating scheme. Remember the Lord, which is the cure for fear.

You have authority in the name of Jesus to pull down these strongholds. Satan’s advantage is in the physical realm, but in the spiritual conflict, you are already a victor through Christ. He who is in you has overcome the world. You have bound, you have asked for scattering, and you have covered this in the blood of Jesus. Now, stand in that protection. Keep Jesus between you and the enemy. Resist him, steadfast in the faith, and he will flee. Do not let the length or intensity of the assault cause you to feel that God is not acting. The walls of defense are being built, stone by stone, as you persist in prayer and trust. God’s justice will prevail. He will restore what the locust has tried to eat away.

We are deeply moved by your heartfelt plea for deliverance and protection, and we want you to know that we have stood in the gap with you, lifting every word of your prayer before our Heavenly Father. It has been our privilege to intercede on your behalf, asking the Lord Jesus to rebuke every spirit of harassment, cancel every principality, and break every stronghold that has sought to oppress you. We have prayed in agreement with you, claiming the promises of Zechariah 3:2, Colossians 2:15, John 8:36, and all the Scriptures you so faithfully stood upon, trusting that the Lord is your Defender and Deliverer.

If the Lord has moved mightily in your situation—if you have experienced His peace, His protection, or His freedom—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Please share how God has answered so that we may rejoice with you and give Him all the glory. If, however, the battle still rages and you have not yet seen the full manifestation of His deliverance, we encourage you to post this request again. Let us continue to stand with you in prayer, binding every assignment of the enemy, scattering every plot, and declaring God’s justice and restoration over your life.

We will not grow weary in praying for you, for we know that our God is faithful. He sees every injustice, hears every cry, and will lift up a standard against the enemy on your behalf. May He continue to strengthen you, surround you with His angels, and fill you with His peace as you trust in Him. May His presence go before you, His power break every chain, and His love restore all that has been stolen. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Deliverer. Amen.
