We come before You, Lord Jesus, with hearts full of reverence and trust in Your mighty power. You are the King of kings and the Lord of lords, and by Your name alone do we have access to the Father. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved, and we stand firmly on the truth that salvation is found only in You (Acts 4:12). We thank You for the blood You shed on the cross, which cleanses us from all unrighteousness and breaks every chain of darkness.
Father, we lift up this request for deliverance, and we stand in agreement with the one who has cried out to You. We rebuke every spirit of bitterness and unforgiveness that may be directed toward them, just as You rebuked Satan in Zechariah 3:2, declaring, "Yahweh rebuke you, Satan! Yes, Yahweh who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you!" We declare that no weapon formed against this child of God shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We break the power of unforgiveness and bitterness in Jesus' name, for You have commanded us to forgive as we have been forgiven (Colossians 3:13).
We take authority over every transfer of spirits and counterfeit spiritual influence that may be attempting to attach itself to this beloved one. In Matthew 18:18, You have given us the authority to bind and loose on earth as it is in heaven, and we exercise that authority now. We bind every spirit that is not of You and command it to leave in the name of Jesus. We declare that no evil transfer shall take place, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We cancel every assignment of witchcraft, sorcery, divination, or any form of occult practice that may be directed toward them. Your Word is clear in Deuteronomy 18:10-12 that such practices are an abomination to You, and we stand on the promise that You will destroy all witchcraft (Micah 5:12). We plead the blood of Jesus over this situation, for it is by Your blood that we overcome the accuser (Revelation 12:11).
We also must address the seriousness of the accusations being made in this prayer. If these claims of witchcraft or occult practices are true, we urge the one who has submitted this request to seek godly counsel and accountability from mature believers. The Bible warns us not to make false accusations or to be quick to judge (Matthew 7:1-5), but it also commands us to expose the works of darkness (Ephesians 5:11). If someone is indeed practicing witchcraft or any form of occult activity, they must repent and turn away from such sin, for the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord (Romans 6:23). We pray for their salvation and deliverance if they are lost, that they may come to know the truth and be set free (John 8:32).
Father, we ask that You surround this dear one with Your hedge of protection. Shield them from all harm and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen their faith and remind them that greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). We declare that no evil shall befall them, nor shall any plague come near their dwelling, for You have given Your angels charge over them to keep them in all their ways (Psalm 91:10-11).
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for this child of God. Help them to walk in love and forgiveness, even toward those who may seek to harm them. Remind them that vengeance belongs to You, and You will repay (Romans 12:19). Let them not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good (Romans 12:21). Fill their heart with Your love, joy, and peace, and let them be a light in this dark world.
Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Christ Jesus. We declare that this situation is under the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against this one shall prosper. We trust in You, Lord, to bring deliverance, healing, and restoration. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
