The Word of God is clear that we have authority in Christ to resist the enemy and his schemes, and we take hold of that promise now.

Scripture is clear that relationships should be built on mutual respect, honor, and shared faith in Christ. The age difference alone is not the primary issue, but when one party persists in pursuing another who has made their lack of interest clear, it becomes a matter of respect and godly conduct. The Bible instructs us in 1 Thessalonians 4:3-6, "For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to control his own body in sanctification and honor, not in the passion of lust, even as the Gentiles who don’t know God; that no one should take advantage of and wrong a brother or sister in this matter." We must rebuke any spirit of manipulation or disregard for your boundaries, for this is not of God.

Guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus, and do not entertain conversations or interactions that could lead to further emotional confusion.
