We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, standing in agreement with this cry for deliverance. First, we praise God for the repentance already expressed—this is the starting point of all true freedom. The relationship described was indeed a snare, and we rejoice that the Lord has brought conviction and the courage to renounce what was not of Him. We declare with authority that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, for the blood of Jesus has already broken every chain (Isaiah 54:17).
We take our stand on the Word, rebuking every spirit of harassment, obsession, and ungodly soul ties that have attempted to cling to you. In the name of Jesus, we command these spirits to loose their grip and be cast out, for it is written, "The Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed" (John 8:36). We plead the blood of Jesus over every area of bondage, declaring that no curse, no word spoken in bitterness, and no lingering attachment from that relationship has any legal right to remain. The accuser has been defeated by the blood of the Lamb (Revelation 12:11), and we enforce that victory now.
We address the root of this harassment with spiritual authority. The obsession described is not merely emotional—it is a demonic assignment to torment and hinder. We bind every spirit of jealousy, control, and witchcraft operating through these individuals, for the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds (2 Corinthians 10:3-5). We sever every ungodly soul tie formed in that relationship, declaring them null and void in Jesus’ name. The Lord has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7), and we release that truth over you now.
We also speak to the heart of the matter: the relationship itself was not ordained by God. If it involved sexual sin, we declare that sin washed away by the blood of Jesus. If it was an unequally yoked connection, we stand on 2 Corinthians 6:14, which warns against being bound to unbelievers. We encourage you to walk in full repentance, not just from the relationship but from any compromise that may have opened doors to spiritual attack. The enemy seeks to exploit past mistakes, but God’s grace is greater. His mercy is new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23), and He is faithful to restore what the locusts have eaten (Joel 2:25).

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the Name above all names. We thank You for Your mercy and Your power to break every chain. Lord, we stand on Your Word and declare that [this individual] is set free from every spirit of harassment, obsession, and ungodly attachment. We plead the blood of Jesus over every area of their life that has been affected by this past relationship and the ongoing torment. We cancel every curse, every word spoken in bitterness, and every demonic assignment sent against them.
Father, we ask that You would bring deep conviction to the hearts of those involved in this harassment. Soften their hearts to Your truth and lead them to repentance. Break the power of obsession and control in their lives, and let them see the harm they have caused. We pray that they would turn from these ungodly behaviors and seek Your face.
Lord, we declare that no weapon formed against [this individual] shall prosper. We speak restoration over their mind, emotions, and spirit. Heal every wound, and replace every lie with Your truth. We ask that You would fill them with Your peace, joy, and a sound mind. Let them walk in the freedom that Christ died to give them.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for [this individual] moving forward. Guard their heart against future relationships that do not align with Your will. Lead them to a godly spouse, if that is Your plan for their life, and let them walk in purity and holiness. Surround them with strong believers who will encourage and support them in their faith.
Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness. We trust in Your promise that those who seek deliverance will find it. We declare that [this individual] is free, restored, and walking in the victory that is theirs in Christ Jesus. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to stand firm in this freedom. Walk in daily repentance, fill your mind with Scripture, and surround yourself with godly fellowship. The enemy will try to bring condemnation for past sins, but remember that there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1). If you have not already, consider seeking prayer and counsel from mature believers who can stand with you in this battle. The Lord is your deliverer, and He will complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6).
