We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of faith, lifting up this request for deliverance in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and it is by His blood that we are redeemed and set free. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We stand firm on the truth that Jesus Christ is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6).
Heavenly Father, we praise You for Your sovereignty and power over all creation. We thank You for the authority You have given us in Jesus’ name to stand against the schemes of the enemy. We rebuke every hindrance and confusion that the enemy has tried to place over the lives of these dear ones. As Zechariah 3:2 declares, “Yahweh rebuke you, Satan! Yes, Yahweh who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you!” We stand in agreement with Your Word, Lord, and declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
We break off every scheme and plot of the devil designed to lead them astray. Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10), and we claim that freedom for them now. As John 8:36 proclaims, “If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed.” We declare that they are no longer slaves to sin or deception but are set free by the truth of Your Word.
Lord Jesus, we ask that You rescue them from anyone who seeks to hinder or lead them away from Your perfect will. We stand on 2 Timothy 4:18, trusting that You will deliver them from every evil work and preserve them for Your heavenly kingdom. We cancel every principality and power working against them, for You have disarmed the rulers and authorities and made a public example of them, triumphing over them in the cross (Colossians 2:15). We bind off every mental stronghold that the enemy has tried to establish in their minds, for we have the mind of Christ (1 Corinthians 2:16). We declare that no counterfeit spirit will have dominion over them, for we have been given authority to bind and loose on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 18:18).
We scatter every scheme of the devil aimed at leading them astray, just as You scattered the enemies of Israel in Exodus 23:27. We cancel every attack over their lives with the blood of Jesus, for they overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony (Revelation 12:11). We declare that the enemy has no legal right to their lives, for they belong to You, Lord, and You have sealed them with Your Holy Spirit (Ephesians 1:13-14).
Father, we ask that You fill them with Your peace and clarity. Remove every lie of the enemy and replace it with Your truth. Let Your light shine in the darkness, exposing every hidden scheme of the devil. We pray that they would walk in the fullness of Your Spirit, bearing fruit in every good work (Galatians 5:22-23). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to stand firm in the armor of God, resisting the devil so that he will flee from them (James 4:7).
We also lift up any areas where they may have unknowingly opened doors to the enemy. If there has been sin in their lives—whether through unforgiveness, bitterness, sexual immorality, idolatry, or any other disobedience—we ask that You bring conviction and lead them to repentance. Your Word tells us that if we confess our sins, You are faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). We pray that they would turn away from anything that does not align with Your will and walk in holiness before You.
Lord, we ask that You surround them with godly counsel and fellowship. Let them be encouraged by Your people and strengthened in their faith. We pray that they would seek You with all their heart and find You, for You are not far from any one of us (Jeremiah 29:13). Fill them with a hunger and thirst for righteousness, and satisfy them with Your presence (Matthew 5:6).
We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We speak life, healing, and restoration over every area of their lives. May they experience the fullness of Your love, joy, and peace as they walk in obedience to You.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray and declare these things. Amen.
