We stand with you in agreement, lifting this matter before the throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The obsession you speak of is not of God, for He has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). Obsessive thoughts and ungodly fixations are tools of the enemy to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly.
First, we must address the authority by which we pray. There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved except the name of Jesus Christ (Acts 4:12). It is through His blood, shed on the cross, that we have redemption and the forgiveness of sins (Ephesians 1:7). It is only by His name that we can come boldly before the throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). We rejoice that you have called upon the name of Jesus, for there is power in His name to break every chain (Philippians 2:9-11).
We stand on the scriptures you have referenced and declare them with authority. Zechariah 3:2 says, "May Yahweh rebuke you, Satan! Yes, may Yahweh, who has chosen Jerusalem, rebuke you!" We declare this rebuke over every spirit of obsession, every lying thought, and every ungodly fixation that seeks to torment. We also stand on Revelation 12:11, which says, "They overcame him because of the Lamb’s blood, and because of the word of their testimony. They didn’t love their life, even to death." We plead the blood of Jesus over the mind and thoughts of this individual, canceling every assignment of the enemy and breaking every stronghold.
We must also recognize that deliverance is not just about rebuking the enemy but also about renewing the mind. Romans 12:2 instructs us, "Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God." We pray that the mind of this individual would be renewed by the washing of the water of the Word (Ephesians 5:26). May they meditate on what is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, and admirable (Philippians 4:8). May they take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5).

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for the authority we have in Jesus’ name to stand against the schemes of the devil. We declare that no weapon formed against this individual shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we rebuke every spirit of obsession, torment, and ungodly fixation in the name of Jesus. We plead the blood of Jesus over their mind, canceling every obsessive thought and breaking every stronghold of the enemy.
Lord, we ask that You fill this individual with Your Holy Spirit, who brings peace, self-control, and soundness of mind. Renew their mind with Your Word, and let Your truth set them free (John 8:32). Help them to resist the devil, so that he will flee from them (James 4:7). Strengthen them to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ and to meditate on what is pure, lovely, and praiseworthy.
Father, we also pray for healing and restoration. If there are wounds, hurts, or past experiences that have made them vulnerable to these attacks, we ask that You heal them completely. Fill them with Your love, which casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). Surround them with godly counsel and accountability, so they may walk in freedom and victory.
We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Jesus Christ. We declare that this individual is more than a conqueror through Him who loved them (Romans 8:37). May they walk in the fullness of the freedom that Christ has purchased for them on the cross. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue standing in faith and to surround yourself with a community of believers who can pray with you and support you. Deliverance is often a process, and it requires perseverance. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust in His power to set you free completely.
