We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, standing firm on the authority of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It is clear you are seeking deliverance and protection over a situation that concerns you deeply, and we join with you in this spiritual battle, for our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12).
First, we must address the foundation of our prayers. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself declared, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If the person you are praying for does not know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, we must first pray for their salvation, for it is the blood of Jesus that cleanses us from all sin (1 John 1:7).
We rebuke any demonic influence or oppression that may be at work in this situation. The Lord rebuke you, Satan! As it is written, "The Lord said to Satan, 'The Lord rebuke you, Satan! Yes, the Lord who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you! Isn't this a burning stick plucked out of the fire?'" (Zechariah 3:2). We stand on the promise that whatever we bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever we loose on earth will be loosed in heaven (Matthew 18:18).
We pray for strong conviction to lead to repentance, for God desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:4). We ask that the Holy Spirit would convict of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8), and that a spirit of repentance would fall upon this situation. We declare that the blood of Jesus has disarmed the powers and authorities, making a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross (Colossians 2:15).
We plead the blood of Jesus over this situation, for they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony (Revelation 12:11). We ask for a full shield of protection for all who come into contact with this situation, for no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment they shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We ask that You would break every chain and shatter every stronghold that the enemy has established. We pray for deliverance and freedom from every demonic influence, and we ask that You would fill this situation with Your Holy Spirit. We pray for salvation, repentance, and a turning away from sin. We ask that You would protect and shield all who are involved, and we declare that the blood of Jesus covers and cleanses them from all unrighteousness.
Lord, we ask that You would bring conviction and lead to repentance. We pray for a spirit of humility and brokenness, that they would see their need for You. We ask that You would cancel every assignment of the enemy and that Your will would be done in this situation. We pray for healing, restoration, and renewal, and we ask that You would be glorified in all things.
We stand on Your promises, Lord, and we declare that the enemy has no hold on this situation. We rebuke every demonic influence and command it to flee in the name of Jesus. We pray for a hedge of protection around all who are involved, and we ask that You would surround them with Your angels. We pray for a spirit of discernment and wisdom, that they would know Your will and follow Your ways.
