We come before the throne of grace with this prayer request, lifting up this individual in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. First, we must acknowledge that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If this person does not yet know Jesus as Lord and Savior, we pray that the Holy Spirit would draw them near, open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel, and grant them repentance and faith.
Father God, we stand in agreement with this prayer, declaring Your Word over this individual’s life. We rebuke every spirit of doubt, unbelief, and deception that seeks to hinder their faith, just as You rebuked Satan in Zechariah 3:2, saying, *"Yahweh rebuke you, Satan! Yes, Yahweh who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you!"* We declare that no weapon formed against their faith shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we command every lying spirit to flee in Jesus’ name.
Lord, we ask that You would ignite a fire of faith within this person’s heart. Let them feel Your tangible presence, so overwhelming that all questioning of Your reality is silenced. If they are holding back from full surrender, we pray for a supernatural encounter—one that leaves no doubt of Your love, power, and holiness. As it is written, *"Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you"* (James 4:8). May they experience the reality of Your nearness in a way that transforms their life forever.
We also pray for conviction where there is sin or compromise. If there are areas of their life not aligned with Your Word—whether in relationships, habits, or beliefs—we ask that the Holy Spirit would bring godly sorrow leading to repentance (2 Corinthians 7:10). For those who are in Christ, we declare that they are a new creation (2 Corinthians 5:17), and we plead the blood of Jesus over every area of bondage or stronghold.
Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness to complete the work You have begun in this person’s life (Philippians 1:6). We declare that they will walk in the fullness of their identity in Christ—free, bold, and unshakable in faith. May they rise up as a testimony of Your power and grace, bringing glory to Your name.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
