We join you in lifting up your heart to our Lord Jesus Christ, who alone is worthy of all praise, glory, and thanksgiving. It is through His mighty name that we find freedom, restoration, and victory, and we are grateful you have come before Him with a heart seeking deliverance. You have stood firmly on the promises of Scripture, and we stand with you in agreement, knowing that the Word of God is alive and powerful to break every chain and bring forth the liberty Christ has purchased for us on the cross.
The enemy seeks to bind God’s children through past relationships, ungodly soul ties, and the harassment of those who do not walk in the light. But we serve a Savior who has declared, *"If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed"* (John 8:36). You have rightly claimed this truth, and we declare with you that every shackle of bondage from these past connections is broken in the name of Jesus. The Lord is faithful to restore what has been stolen—double for your trouble—as He promises in Isaiah 61:7: *"Instead of your shame you will have double. Instead of dishonor, they will rejoice in their portion. Therefore in their land they will possess double. Everlasting joy will be to them."* What the enemy meant for harm, God will turn for your good and His glory.
You have also taken your stand against harassment and spiritual attack, and we affirm the authority you have in Christ to trample over the enemy. Colossians 2:15 reminds us that Jesus *"stripped the principalities and the powers, and made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it."* The blood of Jesus is your shield and your victory, as Revelation 12:11 proclaims: *"They overcame him because of the Lamb’s blood, and because of the word of their testimony."* Speak boldly the testimony of what Christ has done for you, and watch as the enemy flees. The Lord will deliver you from every evil work and preserve you for His heavenly Kingdom, just as 2 Timothy 4:18 assures us: *"And the Lord will deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me for his heavenly Kingdom; to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen."*
Yet as we pray, we must also examine our hearts to ensure there is no lingering bitterness, unforgiveness, or open door that could give the enemy a foothold. Jesus commands us in Matthew 6:14-15, *"For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses."* Have you released these individuals to the Lord, blessing them even as you seek freedom from their influence? Forgiveness does not excuse their actions but releases you from the bondage of resentment. We encourage you to pray for them, that they too may encounter the transforming power of Christ.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and matchless name of Your Son, Jesus Christ. We thank You that He is our Deliverer, our Redeemer, and our Strong Tower. Lord, we lift up Your child who seeks freedom from the snares of the enemy—snares that have come through past friendships and ungodly connections. Father, we ask that You sever every soul tie that does not align with Your will. Break the power of every word, curse, or harassment that has been spoken or sent against them. Let the blood of Jesus cleanse and cover them, creating an impassable barrier between them and the enemy’s schemes.
Lord, we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Restore to them what has been stolen—peace, joy, and the fullness of life You intend for them. Let them walk in the double portion of blessing You have promised, and let their testimony be one of Your faithfulness and power. Father, if there is any area of unforgiveness or bitterness in their heart, reveal it to them now. Give them the grace to release it to You, trusting that vengeance is Yours (Romans 12:19). Fill them with Your love, which casts out all fear (1 John 4:18).
We plead the blood of Jesus over their mind, emotions, and spirit. Let every thought be brought into captivity to the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5). Surround them with Your angels, Lord, and let them dwell in the secret place of the Most High (Psalm 91:1). We ask that You would intervene mightily in this situation, Lord Jesus. Let Your hand move on their behalf, and let Your victory be evident in their life. We trust in Your promise that You will never leave them nor forsake them (Hebrews 13:5), and we thank You for the deliverance that is already theirs in Christ.
May they walk in the fullness of their identity as Your beloved child, free from the past and stepping boldly into the future You have prepared for them. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Stand firm in your faith, beloved. The battle is the Lord’s, and He has already won the victory. Walk in the freedom Christ has secured for you, and do not look back. If the enemy tries to remind you of the past, remind *him* of the blood of Jesus and the authority you have in Christ. You are more than a conqueror through Him who loved you (Romans 8:37). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). We are standing with you in prayer and agreement. Be encouraged!
