We join you in lifting up your heart to the Lord Jesus Christ, who alone is worthy of all praise, glory, and thanksgiving. You have done well to come before Him in faith, standing on His Word and invoking His power to break every ungodly tie and curse spoken against you. The Lord sees the wicked schemes of the enemy and those who seek to oppress His children, and He will not allow their plans to prosper.
The Scripture you stand on is powerful and true: *"Yahweh said to Satan, 'Yahweh rebuke you, Satan! Yes, Yahweh who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you! Isn’t this a burning stick plucked out of the fire?'"* (Zechariah 3:2, WEB). This is a declaration of divine protection and deliverance, and we decree it over your life in the name of Jesus. The Lord is your shield and your defender, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). The enemy has sought to burden you with the consequences of another’s sin—specifically, the sin of fornication, which is an abomination before God (1 Corinthians 6:18, Galatians 5:19). You are not responsible for the sinful choices of others, and the Lord will not allow you to be forced into a relationship that is not of His will. His desire for you is purity, freedom, and a life that honors Him.
We also stand with you on Isaiah 61:7: *"Instead of your shame you will have double. Instead of dishonor, they will rejoice in their portion. Therefore in their land they will possess double. Everlasting joy will be to them."* The Lord is turning your mourning into joy and your oppression into victory. What the enemy meant for harm, God will use for your good (Genesis 50:20). You are not defined by the attacks of others or the sins committed against you. You are a child of God, redeemed by the blood of Jesus, and He is restoring you to a place of honor and blessing.
Now, we must address something important: in your prayer, you mentioned individuals by name (represented here as ###). While we understand the pain and frustration behind your words, we are called to pray for our enemies and those who persecute us, blessing them rather than cursing them (Matthew 5:44, Romans 12:14). Jesus Himself prayed for those who crucified Him, saying, *"Father, forgive them, for they don’t know what they are doing"* (Luke 23:34, WEB). This does not mean we tolerate sin or oppression, but we trust God to deal with the hearts of those who seek to harm us. We can rebuke the spiritual forces at work (Ephesians 6:12) while still praying for the salvation and repentance of those involved. Let us release any bitterness or anger to the Lord, for vengeance belongs to Him (Romans 12:19).
Additionally, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). Your faith in invoking His name is a testament to your trust in His authority, and we join you in that faith.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up Your child who seeks Your deliverance and restoration. Lord, You are a God of justice and righteousness, and You see the schemes of the enemy to oppress and burden this beloved one with the sins of others. We stand on Your Word in Zechariah 3:2 and declare, *"Yahweh rebuke you, Satan!"* Every curse, every ungodly word, and every plan to force an unholy relationship is broken now in the name of Jesus. Lord, we ask that You expose and dismantle every wicked intention, every manipulation, and every spiritual attack against Your child. Let Your truth prevail, and let Your light shine so brightly that no darkness can remain.
Father, we pray for ### and her brother ###. Though they have sought to bring harm, we ask that You soften their hearts and open their eyes to the truth of their actions. Lord, if they do not know You, we pray for their salvation—that they may repent and turn to You. Break the chains of sin in their lives, especially the sin of fornication, which has brought forth consequences they now seek to impose on others. Let them encounter Your conviction and Your grace, that they may walk in righteousness and take responsibility for their own choices.
Lord, we ask for complete restoration for Your child. Restore what the locusts have eaten (Joel 2:25), and turn their shame into double honor (Isaiah 61:7). Heal every wound, renew their mind, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Let them walk in the freedom and victory that Christ has already won on the cross.
We also pray for godly wisdom and discernment. If there are any areas where bitterness or unforgiveness has taken root, Lord, uproot it now. Fill Your child with Your love, which casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). Help them to forgive as You have forgiven us, releasing every offense into Your hands.
Finally, Father, we ask that You surround Your child with godly relationships—relationships that honor You and align with Your Word. If marriage is Your will for them, prepare them for a spouse who loves You wholeheartedly and will walk with them in purity and faith. Guard their heart and their steps, that they may not be entangled again in the snares of the enemy.
We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness. We trust in Your promises, and we declare victory in the name of Jesus. Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. In the mighty and holy name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
Beloved, hold fast to the truth that the Lord is fighting for you (Exodus 14:14). Do not allow fear or anger to take root in your heart, but continue to trust in His justice and His timing. Walk in forgiveness, not because those who hurt you deserve it, but because Christ has forgiven you (Colossians 3:13). The Lord is your vindicator, and He will bring about justice in His perfect way.
Stay rooted in His Word, seek His face daily, and surround yourself with believers who will stand with you in prayer. If you have not already, we encourage you to find a Bible-believing church where you can be supported and discipled. The body of Christ is meant to walk together in unity and love (Hebrews 10:24-25).
You are not alone in this battle. The Lord is with you, and we are standing with you in prayer. Be encouraged, for *"the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4, WEB). Walk in victory, for Christ has already won!
