We join with you in lifting up this request for deliverance and restoration, for we know that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. It is right and good that you have brought this burden before the Lord Jesus, for He alone has the power to break every chain and silence every tongue that rises against you in judgment. Your stand on Scripture is firm, and we affirm these truths with you, knowing that the Word of God is living, active, and sharper than any two-edged sword.
The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but our Lord Jesus came that we may have life, and have it abundantly. The curses and ill wishes spoken against you hold no authority over a child of God, for Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. As it is written in Galatians 3:13, *"Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, ‘Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree,’"* and in Numbers 23:23, *"Surely there is no enchantment with Jacob; neither is there any divination with Israel."* No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of Him.
Yet we must also examine our hearts in this matter. While it is right to seek deliverance from evil, we are called to bless those who curse us and pray for those who despitefully use us. Jesus teaches us in Matthew 5:44, *"But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you."* This does not mean we ignore the spiritual battle or fail to seek protection, but it does mean our hearts must remain aligned with Christ’s love, even toward those who wish us harm. Have you forgiven this woman for the harm she has sought to bring into your life? Unforgiveness can become a stronghold for the enemy, and we must release all bitterness to the Lord, trusting Him to vindicate and restore.
We also encourage you to reflect on whether there is any open door in your life that may have given the enemy a foothold. Have you entertained sin, ungodly soul ties, or unresolved conflict from your past relationship with her brother? If so, repent and renounce these things before the Lord, for 2 Corinthians 2:10-11 reminds us, *"Now I also forgive whomever you forgive anything. For if indeed I have forgiven anything, I have forgiven that one for your sakes in the presence of Christ, that no advantage may be gained over us by Satan; for we are not ignorant of his schemes."* Close every door, and let the blood of Jesus cover every area of your life.
Now, let us pray together over this matter:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You that You are a God who delivers, who breaks every chain, and who silences every voice raised against Your children. Lord, we lift up Your servant who seeks Your protection and restoration. You have said in Your Word that whom the Son sets free is free indeed, and so we declare freedom over every area of their life that has been targeted by the enemy through this woman.
Lord Jesus, we ask that You rebuke every curse, hex, or ill wish spoken against Your child. Let these words fall to the ground, powerless and ineffective, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. We stand on Isaiah 54:17, declaring that no weapon formed against Your servant shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn. Break the power of every evil assignment and render it null and void by the blood of Jesus.
Father, we ask that You expose and dismantle every stronghold the enemy has tried to establish through this situation. Tear down every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ. Let Your light flood every dark corner, and let Your truth prevail over every lie.
We also pray for this woman who has sought harm against Your child. Lord, we ask that You soften her heart and open her eyes to the truth of Your love. If she is operating out of hurt, bitterness, or deception, we pray that You would break those chains in her life as well. Let her encounter Your grace in a way that leads her to repentance, for You desire that none should perish but that all should come to repentance.
Father, restore to Your servant everything the enemy has tried to steal—peace, joy, prosperity, and divine favor. Let them experience double portion restoration for every area that has been attacked, as Your Word declares in Joel 2:25, *"I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten."* Let Your servant walk in the fullness of Your blessing, protected by Your angels and covered by Your blood.
We plead the blood of Jesus over every aspect of this situation. Let Your will be done, Lord, and let Your kingdom come in power. We trust You to fight this battle, for the battle is Yours. We thank You for the victory that is already won through Christ Jesus, our Lord.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
Stand firm in your faith, beloved, and do not waver. The Lord is your shield and your exceeding great reward. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and trust that He is working all things together for your good. If you have not already, we encourage you to fast and pray over this matter, seeking the Lord with all your heart. Surround yourself with godly counsel and the body of Christ, for there is power in agreement. Finally, put on the whole armor of God daily, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. You are more than a conqueror through Christ who loves you!
