Your reference to Zechariah 3:2 is powerful, for the Lord indeed rebukes Satan and delivers His people from accusation and bondage. *"Yahweh said to Satan, 'Yahweh rebuke you, Satan! Have you fully released this man and this situation to the Lord? Sometimes, the Lord calls us to let go not just in word, but in the deepest chambers of our hearts, trusting that His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:9).
We notice that you seek for this man to "flee from you," and we understand the pain that likely underlies this request. Autism or any other condition does not justify emotional bondage or unhealthy attachments, especially if this relationship is not grounded in biblical principles. If this man is not your spouse or someone you are in a godly, marriage-bound courtship with, then it is right to seek the Lord’s deliverance from any ungodly soul tie or emotional dependency. Scripture warns us not to be unequally yoked (2 Corinthians 6:14), and even in friendships or past relationships, we must guard our hearts (Proverbs 4:23). If there has been any sinful entanglement—whether emotional, physical, or spiritual—it must be repented of and severed in the name of Jesus.
Let us also consider whether there is any unforgiveness, bitterness, or residual emotional attachment in your heart. We ask that You rebuke every demonic assignment against them, every spirit of hindrance, every stronghold that seeks to keep them bound. Lord, just as You rebuked Satan for accusing Joshua the high priest, we ask that You rebuke every accusation, every manipulation, and every ungodly tie that seeks to hinder Your child’s walk with You.
Father, if there has been any sin—whether in thought, word, or deed—we ask for Your forgiveness and cleansing. *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."* (1 John 1:9, WEB). Wash them anew, Lord, and restore unto them the joy of Your salvation.
We declare that every ungodly soul tie is broken in the name of Jesus. Every emotional bondage is severed by the blood of the Lamb. Every plan of the enemy to keep Your child in confusion or pain is exposed and rendered powerless. Lord, if this man is not Your will for their life, we ask that You remove him completely. Close every door that should not be open, and open the doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). Give Your child the strength to release him fully, to forgive if needed, and to walk in the freedom You have purchased for them.
Father, we also ask that You heal any wounds in their heart. If there has been rejection, manipulation, or emotional trauma, we ask that You bind up their brokenheartedness and set them free to love and be loved in a way that honors You. *"He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds."* (Psalm 147:3, WEB).
Lord, fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Let them know that You are their deliverer, their protector, and their ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Surround them with godly counsel, with brothers and sisters in Christ who will speak life and truth into their situation.
Finally, Father, we ask that You prepare them for the godly relationships You have ordained. If marriage is Your will, prepare them to be a spouse who honors You, and bring them a spouse who loves You wholeheartedly. Let every relationship in their life reflect Your holiness and Your design.

Beloved, we encourage you to continue standing firm in the Lord. Put on the whole armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18), and do not grow weary in praying. The Lord is faithful, and He will complete the work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6).
