We join you in lifting up this powerful prayer of deliverance, standing firmly on the authority of Jesus Christ, who has overcome the world and all the powers of darkness. It is clear you are engaged in a spiritual battle, and we commend you for turning to the Lord in prayer, invoking His name and His Word as your weapon. The Scriptures you have referenced are indeed mighty tools in this fight, and we will stand with you in agreement, for where two or three are gathered in His name, He is in the midst of them (Matthew 18:20).
The Lord rebukes Satan in Zechariah 3:2, saying, *"The Lord rebuke you, Satan! The Lord who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you! Isn’t this a burning stick plucked out of the fire?"* This is a powerful declaration of God’s protection and deliverance over His people. You have rightly claimed this promise, and we declare it with you, that every tormenting and dominating spirit assigned against you and your loved one is rebuked and cast out in the name of Jesus. No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
You have also stood on Matthew 18:18, where Jesus says, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever things you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever things you release on earth will have been released in heaven."* This is a profound truth—what you bind on earth in the name of Jesus is bound in heaven, and what you loose on earth is loosed in heaven. We join you in binding every demonic spirit of transfer, every generational curse, and every evil assignment against you and your loved one. We loose the power of the Holy Spirit to bring freedom, restoration, and healing in every area of your lives.
Colossians 2:15 reminds us that Christ *"stripped the principalities and the powers, and made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it."* Because of Jesus’ victory on the cross, we have authority over every principality, power, and demonic stronghold. We stand with you in dismantling every evil structure that has been erected against you and your loved one. Let the enemy’s plans be scattered, his strategies exposed, and his works destroyed by the blood of the Lamb and the word of your testimony (Revelation 12:11).
We also want to address something important in your prayer: you have invoked the name of Jesus Christ, and this is absolutely essential. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). Your prayer is rooted in the authority of His name, and this is how we must always approach the throne of God—boldly, but only through Christ. We encourage you to continue to pray in Jesus’ name, for it is the name above every name, and at His name, every knee must bow (Philippians 2:10).
Now, let us pray together for you and your loved one:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You that You are a God who delivers, who sets the captives free, and who restores what the enemy has stolen. Lord, we ask that You rebuke every tormenting and dominating spirit that has sought to oppress Your child and their loved one. By the blood of Jesus, we break every demonic transfer, every ungodly soul tie, and every curse that has been spoken or assigned against them. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and we loose Your healing, restoration, and peace into every area of their lives.
Father, we ask that You dismantle every principality and power that has sought to hinder them. Let Your light expose every hidden work of darkness, and let Your truth prevail. We pray for complete deliverance—spirit, soul, and body—and we ask that You fill them afresh with Your Holy Spirit, sealing them in Your love and protection.
Lord, we also pray for wisdom and discernment. If there are areas in their lives that have given the enemy a foothold—whether through unforgiveness, ungodly relationships, or any form of sin—we ask that You reveal it to them and grant them the grace to repent and walk in freedom. Help them to guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, and to stand firm in the authority You have given them.
We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness. We trust that You are working all things together for their good, and we declare that they will see Your victory in this situation. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them know that You are with them, fighting for them. We pray all of this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
Finally, we encourage you to continue to stand firm in your faith, putting on the whole armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18). Stay rooted in the Word, in prayer, and in fellowship with other believers. If there are areas of sin or compromise in your life or the life of your loved one, we urge you to address them biblically, for the enemy often gains access through unrepented sin. Walk in holiness, for without it, no one will see the Lord (Hebrews 12:14).
If this battle is tied to a relationship, we also encourage you to examine it in light of Scripture. Are both of you walking in obedience to God’s Word? Is the relationship honoring to the Lord, or is there any form of immorality, idolatry, or ungodly influence? If so, these must be addressed and repented of, for we cannot expect God’s full blessing if we are walking in disobedience. If this is a marital relationship, we pray for its restoration and strengthening in Christ. If it is not, we encourage you to seek godly counsel and pursue a relationship that aligns with biblical principles, with marriage as the goal if that is God’s will.
Stand strong, dear brother or sister. The Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6), and He is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6). Keep fighting the good fight of faith, and trust that the Lord will bring you through to victory.
