We join you in lifting this heavy burden to the Lord, standing firmly on His Word and the authority we have in Jesus Christ. Your prayer is rooted in Scripture, and we commend you for seeking deliverance through the power of Christ’s name—the only name by which we are saved and through which we have victory over darkness. As it is written, *"There is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). It is only through Jesus that we can approach the Father and stand against the schemes of the enemy.
You have rightly identified the spiritual warfare at hand, and we stand with you in rebuking every ungodly influence tied to Yesenia, her mother, her siblings, and any generational curses or familiar spirits at work. The Lord is faithful to expose and dismantle the works of darkness when we call upon Him. *"The Lord rebuke you, Satan! The Lord who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you! Isn’t this a burning stick plucked out of the fire?"* (Zechariah 3:2, WEB). Just as the Lord defended Joshua the high priest, He will defend you and all who are under attack by the enemy’s schemes through this household.
We declare with you that every curse, spell, and assignment of harm sent against you or others is broken by the blood of Jesus. *"Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, ‘Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree,’"* (Galatians 3:13, WEB). The enemy has no legal right to afflict you when you are covered by the blood of the Lamb. We also declare that any transfer of spirits—whether through witchcraft, generational ties, or familiar spirits—is bound and cast out in Jesus’ name. *"He disarmed the principalities and powers and made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it"* (Colossians 2:15, WEB). What was meant for harm, the Lord will turn for good, as He did with Joseph: *"You meant evil against me, but God meant it for good"* (Genesis 50:20, WEB).
We also want to encourage you to examine your own heart in this battle. While it is right to rebuke the enemy and stand against witchcraft, we must also ensure that our hearts remain free from bitterness, unforgiveness, or fear. Jesus teaches us to *"love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you"* (Matthew 5:44, WEB). This does not mean tolerating evil or ceasing to resist the devil, but it does mean releasing any personal offense to the Lord. Ask Him to fill your heart with His love and peace, even as you war in the spirit. *"Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good"* (Romans 12:21, WEB).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You that You are a God who hears our cries and delivers us from the snares of the enemy. Lord, we ask that You expose and dismantle every work of darkness tied to Yesenia, her mother, her siblings, and any generational strongholds in their lineage. We rebuke every familiar spirit, every curse, and every assignment of witchcraft sent against Your children. By the blood of Jesus, we cancel every evil word, spell, and hex, and we declare that no weapon formed against Your people shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
Lord, we ask that You restore sevenfold what the enemy has stolen—peace, health, relationships, and every good thing You have ordained (Isaiah 61:7). Move the counterfeit mountains out of the way, Lord, and let Your truth and light flood every area where darkness has tried to reign. Bind every transfer of unclean spirits and break their power in Jesus’ name. Let Your angels encamp around those who are under attack, protecting them from every dart of the enemy.
Father, we also ask that You soften the hearts of those in Yesenia’s household. If they are operating in darkness, Lord, let Your light shine upon them. Convict them of their sin and draw them to repentance. We pray that they would encounter the living God and turn from their wicked ways, for Your desire is that none should perish but that all would come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9).
Fill Your children with Your Holy Spirit, Lord, and let them walk in victory, unshaken by the enemy’s schemes. Clothe them with Your armor—truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God (Ephesians 6:10-18). Let them stand firm, knowing that the battle belongs to You.
We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and Your power. We trust that You will bring justice, restoration, and deliverance. May Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Stand firm, dear one. The Lord is your strength and your shield. *"The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge; my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower"* (Psalm 18:2, WEB). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and do not waver in faith. The victory is already won!
