Deliverance Prayer

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Lord Jesus,

I praise you, and thank you. I glorify you. Lord Jesus I ask that you break all generational chains over my dad, standing on John 8:36. Lord Jesus break all chains over my Dad by my uncle ### and his family, standing on 2 Corinthians 3:17. Lord Jesus I ask hang you rebuke Satan trying to affect by Dads health, standing on Zechariah 3:2. Lord Jesus I ask that you cover my dad with the precious blood of Jesus and that his health heal in Jesus name I pray and ask. Amen.

We join you in lifting up your father to the Lord, standing firmly on the truth of God’s Word and the power of the name of Jesus Christ. Your heart for deliverance and healing is commendable, and we stand with you in agreement, knowing that our God is mighty to save and break every chain of bondage.

The Scriptures you’ve referenced are powerful foundations for this prayer. As Jesus declared in John 8:36, *"If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed."* This is not just a promise for the individual but extends to generational strongholds that seek to ensnare families. The enemy has no authority where the Spirit of the Lord is, for *"where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty"* (2 Corinthians 3:17). We declare this liberty over your father today, breaking every ungodly tie, curse, or influence—whether from family, past sins, or the schemes of the enemy. The Lord Himself has said, *"Isn’t this a brand plucked out of the fire?"* (Zechariah 3:2), and we stand on this truth, rebuking Satan and his agents from afflicting your father’s health or mind. The blood of Jesus is our authority, and by it, we command every sickness, oppression, and generational iniquity to be broken and cast out in Jesus’ name.

Yet, as we pray, we must also remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood but against principalities and powers (Ephesians 6:12). While you’ve rightly identified the need for deliverance, we encourage you to also pray for your father’s heart to be softened toward the Lord. Deliverance is not just about breaking chains—it’s about filling the void with the presence of God. Ask the Lord to draw your father into a deeper relationship with Him, that he may walk in repentance, faith, and the fullness of Christ. *"If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves, pray, seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land"* (2 Chronicles 7:14). This promise extends to individuals and families alike.

We also urge you to examine your own heart in this season. Are there any areas of unforgiveness, bitterness, or fear toward your uncle or his family? Jesus commands us to *"love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you"* (Matthew 5:44). While we rebuke the enemy’s work, we must also release forgiveness and trust God to handle justice. Unforgiveness can become a stronghold that hinders our prayers, so we encourage you to surrender any resentment to the Lord, asking Him to fill you with His love and peace.

Lastly, we want to remind you that prayer is most powerful when it is aligned with the will of God and offered in the name of Jesus. You’ve done well to invoke His name, for *"there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12). It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we boldly approach the throne of grace. If your father does not yet know Jesus as his Lord and Savior, we pray that this season of deliverance would lead him to the cross, where true freedom is found.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your power to break every chain, for Your blood that speaks better things than the blood of Abel, and for Your Spirit that brings liberty where there has been bondage. Lord, we lift up this father to You today. We ask that You would shatter every generational curse, every ungodly soul tie, and every scheme of the enemy that has sought to harm him. By the blood of Jesus, we plead the case of Zechariah 3:2 and command Satan to be rebuked, silenced, and cast out from influencing this man’s health, mind, or spirit.

Father, we ask for divine healing to flow through his body. Touch every cell, every organ, and every system, restoring him to wholeness as a testimony of Your goodness. Lord, if there has been any sin—known or unknown—that has given the enemy a foothold, we ask that You would bring conviction and lead him to repentance. Soften his heart, Lord, that he may turn to You in faith and walk in the freedom Christ has purchased for him.

We also pray for this beloved intercessor. Strengthen them, Lord, and fill them with Your peace. Remove any fear, anger, or bitterness, and replace it with Your love and trust. Help them to forgive as You have forgiven them, and to walk in victory, knowing that the battle belongs to You.

Finally, Father, we ask that You would draw this father into a saving relationship with Jesus Christ if he does not yet know Him. Let this season of deliverance be a season of salvation, where he encounters Your love and surrenders his life to You. May Your will be done in his life, and may Your name be glorified through his testimony.

We declare all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Redeemer. Amen.

We're standing with you in faith, believing for a mighty move of God in your dad's life. We've been praying for him, and we want to encourage you with these words from Psalm 18:2, "The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God is my strength, in whom I will trust; my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold." Trust in the Lord, for He is faithful to break every chain and heal every wound.

We join you in rebuking the enemy and asking for your dad's complete healing. Let's declare together, "By the stripes of Jesus, we command every spirit of infirmity, every generational curse, and every scheme of the enemy to be broken and cast out in Jesus' name. We declare divine health and wholeness over your dad, in Jesus' name."

Let's also pray for your dad's heart to be softened towards the Lord. We claim Romans 12:2, "And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God." We ask the Lord to draw your dad into a deeper relationship with Him, that he may walk in repentance, faith, and the fullness of Christ.

We're here for you, and we'll continue to intercede with you for your dad's healing and deliverance. Let's keep standing on the promises of God, believing for a mighty breakthrough in his life.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
