Beloved of All
Lord Jesus,

I praise you, and thank you. I glorify you. Lord Jesus I thank you for this prayer warriors and for their attention that I may not harbor any bitterness or unforgiveness. Lord Jesus I ask that you deliver me from the bad memories of my mom provoking me to create a reaction and unforgivenes. Lord Jesus free me of any bitterness that my mom tried to create in me by all her insults, and attacks, all her negativity and gaslighting, standing on John 8:36 I pray-
Father don’t let me ever be bitter with you in the name of Jesus. Instead of bitterness, please give me revelation in the knowledge of you standing on Ephesians 1:17
It is written, “Rejoice in the Lord always” Philippians 4:4 and 1 Thes 5:16. Father, let my heart and my soul always rejoice in you in the name of Jesus.
Thank you, Jesus, for giving me the grace to pray today and to overcome bitterness.

Father root out of my being any bitterness of unforgiveness set upon me my harassment, or any transfer of spirits.

I bind off any transfer of spirits, standing on Matthew 18:18.

In Jesus name I pray and ask. Amen.

We join with you in lifting up this prayer of deliverance and freedom, for we know that the Lord is faithful to heal and restore those who call upon Him in truth. Your heart’s cry for release from bitterness and unforgiveness is a plea that aligns with God’s will, for He commands us to forgive as we have been forgiven and to walk in love, just as Christ loved us. You have rightly stood on the promises of Scripture, and we stand with you in agreement, declaring the power of Jesus’ name over every stronghold in your life.

The pain you describe—insults, attacks, negativity, and gaslighting—are tools the enemy uses to plant seeds of bitterness, but we know that "the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds" (2 Corinthians 10:4, WEB). Bitterness is a root that, if allowed to grow, defiles not only the one who harbors it but also those around them (Hebrews 12:15). Yet, you have taken the first and most critical step by bringing this before the Lord and seeking His deliverance. This is wisdom, for "if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9, WEB).

You have also rightly acknowledged that this battle is not just against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces. Binding the transfer of spirits in the name of Jesus is a powerful act of authority, for we know that "whatever you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever you release on earth will have been released in heaven" (Matthew 18:18, WEB). We declare with you that every ungodly tie, every spirit of bitterness, and every stronghold of unforgiveness is broken in Jesus’ name. The blood of Jesus speaks a better word over your life—one of freedom, peace, and restoration.

We also commend you for your desire to replace bitterness with the revelation of God’s love and knowledge of Him. This is the heart of the Father—to transform our pain into a deeper intimacy with Him. As you seek Him, we pray that "the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him; having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope of his calling, and what are the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints" (Ephesians 1:17-18, WEB). May your heart be flooded with the joy of the Lord, which is your strength (Nehemiah 8:10), and may you "rejoice in the Lord always" (Philippians 4:4, WEB), for this is your worship and your weapon against the schemes of the enemy.

Now, let us pray together over you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your beloved child, who has humbly laid their heart before You. Lord Jesus, You are the Balm of Gilead, the Healer of broken hearts, and the One who sets the captives free. We thank You that by Your stripes, this dear one is healed—spirit, soul, and body. Father, we ask that You uproot every seed of bitterness that has been planted in their heart through the wounds inflicted by their mother. Lord, where there has been pain, pour out Your peace. Where there has been unforgiveness, release Your grace to forgive fully and finally. Where there has been confusion or gaslighting, flood their mind with Your truth and clarity.

We bind every spirit of bitterness, resentment, and unforgiveness in the name of Jesus. We break every ungodly soul tie and every curse that has been spoken over this life, and we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Father, fill them with Your love, which casts out all fear (1 John 4:18), and let them walk in the freedom for which Christ has set them free (Galatians 5:1). Give them a heart of flesh, tender and responsive to Your Spirit, and remove any heart of stone that the enemy has tried to form through pain.

Lord, we ask that You would give them divine revelation of Your goodness and love. Let them see You as their Father—the perfect Father who loves unconditionally, who does not gaslight or manipulate, but who speaks truth in love. May they experience Your presence in such a tangible way that every lie of the enemy is exposed and every wound is healed by Your touch.

We declare that they will not be bitter toward You, Lord, but that their heart will be soft and receptive to Your will. Teach them to rejoice in You always, for You are their joy and their song. Let them rise up in victory, clothed in Your righteousness, and walking in the fullness of what You have called them to be.

Father, we thank You that this battle is already won through the blood of Jesus. We thank You that You are restoring what the locusts have eaten (Joel 2:25) and that You are turning their mourning into dancing (Psalm 30:11). We praise You for the work You are doing in their life, and we trust You to complete it (Philippians 1:6).

In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

Finally, we encourage you to continue walking in forgiveness, not as a one-time act but as a daily choice. Forgiveness does not mean what was done to you was right; it means you are releasing the debt to God, who judges righteously. As you do this, you will find that your own heart is freed. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and remember that He understands your pain, for He too was despised and rejected (Isaiah 53:3). Yet, He forgave—and so can you, by His strength.

If there are moments when the memories or emotions rise up again, take them captive immediately and bring them to the Lord. Speak His Word over yourself, worship Him, and refuse to entertain the lies of the enemy. You are more than a conqueror through Christ (Romans 8:37), and He who began this good work in you will bring it to completion. Stand firm in your freedom, for whom the Son sets free is free indeed (John 8:36).

We're here with you, dear friend, in this journey of healing and freedom. We've felt the weight of the bitterness and unforgiveness you've carried, and we're grateful you've taken the first step in laying it down at the feet of Jesus. We stand with you in agreement, claiming the promises of God over your life.

We know that bitterness, when allowed to grow, can defile not just us, but also those around us. But remember, "God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it." (1 Corinthians 10:13, WEB)

Let's declare together that every root of bitterness, every spirit of unforgiveness, and every stronghold of pain are broken in Jesus' name. We bind off every transfer of spirits and command them to leave in Jesus' name. We speak life, peace, and joy over your heart, and we thank God for the grace He's already given you to overcome.

We also pray that God would fill you with His love, which casts out all fear. May you know the hope of His calling, the riches of the glory of His inheritance, and the surpassing greatness of His power towards us who believe. (Ephesians 1:18-19, WEB)

Keep trusting, keep forgiving, and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus. He's got you, and He's working all things together for your good.

Be a Prayer Warrior: “Praying for others”

We are so grateful you entrusted us with this deeply personal prayer request, and we have continued to lift you up before the Lord, asking Him to break every chain of bitterness and unforgiveness that has sought to take root in your heart. Your willingness to surrender these wounds to Jesus—especially the painful memories of your mother’s words and actions—is a testament to your faith, and we have been praying that the Holy Spirit would replace every trace of hurt with His peace, wisdom, and the joy that comes from knowing you are fully seen and loved by the Father.

We stand in agreement with you, declaring that the enemy has no claim over your mind or emotions. By the authority of Christ, we ask the Lord to sever every ungodly tie, to dismantle every stronghold of resentment, and to fill you with His supernatural grace to forgive as He has forgiven you. Your prayer has reminded us all of the power of surrendering our pain to Jesus, who alone can turn our mourning into dancing and our heaviness into praise.

If the Lord has already begun to bring healing and freedom in this area, we would love to rejoice with you—please share a praise report so we can glorify God together for His faithfulness. If this battle still feels heavy, know that you are not alone, and we invite you to post an update so we can continue to contend for you in prayer. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted, and He will not leave this work undone in you.

May you sense His presence in new and tangible ways as you seek Him, and may the truth of His Word—especially the promises you’ve stood on in John 8:36 and Ephesians 1:17—anchor your heart in His freedom. We are cheering you on, believing that the joy of the Lord will be your strength as He restores what the locusts have eaten.

We pray this in Jesus’ name.
