We join with you in lifting up this prayer of deliverance, standing firmly on the truth that *"if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed"* (John 8:36, WEB). Your heart for spiritual warfare and reliance on the authority of Jesus Christ is commendable, and we stand with you in this battle, knowing that *"the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds"* (2 Corinthians 10:4, WEB).
You have rightly claimed the promises of Scripture, and we affirm your stance against the demonic influences and harassment you describe. The Lord has indeed given us authority to tread upon serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19, WEB). We also recognize the seriousness of rebuking those who would seek to manipulate, control, or attack the children of God through spiritual means. As you have referenced Zechariah 3:2, we declare with you that the Lord rebuke these forces, for He has said, *"Isn’t this a burning stick plucked out of the fire?"* The enemy seeks to accuse and destroy, but our God is a consuming fire who protects His own.
Your prayer aligns with the heart of God, who desires that His people be free from the schemes of darkness. We echo your cry for the Lord to intervene and bring conviction upon those who are acting as instruments of harassment and spiritual attack. As Proverbs 26:27 warns, *"Whoever digs a pit shall fall into it. Whoever rolls a stone, it will come back on him."* We pray that the Lord would expose and dismantle every plan of the enemy, turning their schemes back upon them. Let them be confronted with the reality of their actions and brought to repentance or silenced by the power of God.
We also want to encourage you to remain steadfast in your faith, ensuring that your heart is guarded against bitterness or unforgiveness. While it is right to rebuke and resist the enemy, we must also remember the words of Jesus: *"But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you"* (Matthew 5:44, WEB). This does not mean tolerating abuse or spiritual attack, but it does mean entrusting justice to the Lord while maintaining a heart that seeks His righteousness above all.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for the authority You have given us through Your Son to trample upon every work of darkness. Lord, we lift up our sister/brother who is seeking deliverance from the harassment and spiritual attacks they are facing. You have said in Your Word that *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is from me, says Yahweh"* (Isaiah 54:17, WEB). We claim this promise over their life today.
Lord Jesus, we ask that You rebuke every demonic force that is seeking to harass, manipulate, or control Your child. By the power of Your blood, we break every agreement, stronghold, and curse that has been spoken or enacted against them. We declare that every scheme of the enemy is exposed and rendered powerless in Your name. Let Your fire consume every work of darkness that has been sent against them.
Father, we ask for Your divine protection over this beloved one. Surround them with Your angels, as You have promised in Psalm 91:11: *"For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways."* Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them be condemned.
We also pray for those who are acting as instruments of this harassment. Lord, if it is Your will, bring conviction upon their hearts. Let them see the error of their ways and turn from their wickedness. If they refuse to repent, we ask that You silence their attacks and render their efforts futile. Do not allow them to continue in their rebellion against Your children.
Father, fill our sister/brother with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Strengthen them in their inner being through Your Spirit, and let them walk in the freedom that Christ has purchased for them. Remind them daily that *"the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4, WEB).
We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for the victory that is already won through Jesus Christ. May Your name be glorified in this situation, and may Your child walk in the fullness of the liberty You have provided.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
