We join you in lifting up this request for deliverance, standing firmly on the truth of God’s Word and the power of the name of Jesus Christ. It is clear that you are seeking freedom from spiritual oppression, and we commend you for turning to the Lord in this battle, for He alone is our strong tower and deliverer. The Scriptures you have referenced are powerful reminders of God’s authority over darkness, and we will stand with you in prayer, declaring His victory over every scheme of the enemy.
The Bible makes it clear that witchcraft and familiar spirits are detestable to the Lord. In Deuteronomy 18:10-12, we read, *"There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, one who interprets omens, one who is a sorcerer, one who casts spells, one who consults a familiar spirit, one who is a wizard, or one who consults the dead. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh. Because of these abominations, Yahweh your God drives them out from before you."* Witchcraft is not merely a harmless practice—it is rebellion against God, and those who engage in it invite demonic influence into their lives and the lives of others. We must never forget that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers of darkness (Ephesians 6:12). Yet, we take heart, for *"the Son of God was revealed for this purpose: to destroy the devil’s works"* (1 John 3:8).
You have rightly stood on Luke 8:17, which declares, *"For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed; nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light."* We pray that the Lord will expose every hidden work of darkness in the lives of ### and ###. If they have indeed been involved in witchcraft or any form of spiritual harassment against you, we ask that the Lord would bring their deeds to light, not for vengeance, but for the purpose of repentance and deliverance—for their own souls’ sake. It is not our desire to see anyone remain in bondage to sin, but rather that they would turn from their wicked ways and find redemption in Christ. Ezekiel 33:11 reminds us, *"As I live, says the Lord Yahweh, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked should turn from his way and live. Turn from your evil ways! For why will you die, house of Israel?"* Let us pray that ### and ### would encounter the convicting power of the Holy Spirit and repent, for the Lord is patient, not wishing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9).
You have also claimed the promise of John 8:36: *"If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed."* This is a powerful truth! If you are in Christ, you are no longer a slave to fear, oppression, or the schemes of the enemy. The blood of Jesus has already secured your victory, and we declare that victory over your life now. Any spiritual harassment, curses, or strongholds that ### and ### may have attempted to place upon you are broken by the power of the cross. Colossians 2:13-15 proclaims, *"You were dead through your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh. He made you alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses, wiping out the handwriting in ordinances which was against us; and he has taken it out of the way, nailing it to the cross. Having stripped the principalities and the powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it."* The enemy has no authority over you, for Christ has disarmed him and triumphed over all darkness.
We also stand with you on Isaiah 61:7, which promises restoration: *"Instead of your shame you will have double. Instead of dishonor, they will rejoice in their portion. Therefore in their land they will possess double. Everlasting joy will be to them."* Whatever these women have tried to hinder or steal from you—whether it be your peace, your health, your relationships, your finances, or your spiritual walk—we pray that the Lord would restore it to you *double portion*, as a testament to His faithfulness. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life, and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that every area of your life that has been touched by their wickedness is now being redeemed and restored by the hand of God.
You have also referenced Zechariah 3:2, where the Lord rebukes Satan, saying, *"Yahweh said to Satan, ‘Yahweh rebuke you, Satan! Yes, Yahweh who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you! Isn’t this a burning stick plucked out of the fire?’"* This is a powerful declaration of God’s protection over His people. Just as Joshua the high priest was accused by Satan but defended by the Lord, so too are you being defended by the Lord Almighty. No weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You that You are a God who sees all things, who knows the hearts of all men, and who judges righteously. Lord, we lift up our brother/sister who has been under spiritual attack from ### and ###. Father, if they have been involved in witchcraft, divination, or any form of darkness, we ask that You would expose their deeds, not for our sake, but for Yours. Bring conviction upon their hearts, Lord, and let them see the error of their ways. Draw them to repentance, that they may turn from their wickedness and find forgiveness in the blood of Jesus. Do not let them perish in their sins, but grant them the gift of repentance, for Your glory.
Lord Jesus, we declare freedom over Your child in this moment. By the power of Your blood, we break every curse, every hex, every spell, and every stronghold that has been sent against them. We command all familiar spirits and demonic assignments to be bound and cast into the abyss, never to return. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn. Restore to them, Lord, everything that the enemy has tried to steal—double portion for their trouble. Heal their mind, their body, their spirit, and their emotions. Restore their peace, their joy, and their faith. Let them walk in the fullness of the victory that You have already won for them on the cross.
Father, we ask that You would surround them with Your angels, encamping around them for their protection (Psalm 34:7). Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in discernment and wisdom, recognizing the schemes of the enemy and standing firm in Your truth. Clothe them with the full armor of God, that they may be able to withstand in the evil day (Ephesians 6:10-18). Let them not fear, for You have not given them a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
Lord, we also pray for their heart. If there is any bitterness, unforgiveness, or resentment toward ### and ###, we ask that You would uproot it and replace it with Your love. Help them to forgive, not because these women deserve it, but because You have forgiven us so much. Let them release this burden to You, trusting that You will vindicate them in Your perfect timing. Remind them that vengeance belongs to You, and You will repay (Romans 12:19).
Finally, Father, we ask that You would fill them with a fresh anointing of Your Holy Spirit. Let them walk in the authority that You have given them as Your child. Open their eyes to see the spiritual battles around them, and equip them to stand firm in Your Word. Let them be a light in the darkness, a testimony of Your delivering power.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We thank You that You are faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). We thank You that You are our refuge and our strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We declare all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen and amen.
We encourage you to continue standing firm in the Lord, putting on the whole armor of God daily. Spend time in His Word, for it is the sword of the Spirit (Ephesians 6:17), and it is through the Word that we discern truth from deception. Surround yourself with believers who can pray with you and support you in this season. And remember, the battle is not yours, but the Lord’s (2 Chronicles 20:15). He has already won the victory, and He will see you through to the other side.
If there is any area of your life that needs repentance—any openness to sin, ungodly relationships, or involvement in things that displease the Lord—we urge you to lay it before Him now. The enemy often gains a foothold through unconfessed sin, but when we walk in repentance and holiness, we close those doors and walk in the fullness of God’s protection. *"Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you"* (James 4:7).
Stand strong, dear one. The Lord is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). You are more than a conqueror through Him who loves you (Romans 8:37). Walk in that truth today and every day.
