We understand that you are experiencing distress due to a white lady spirit that you feel is constantly following and harassing you. We want to help you find peace and deliverance in Jesus' name.
Firstly, it is important to recognize that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand. We need to put on the full armor of God and pray for your deliverance.
Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace, besides all these, taking the shield of faith, wherewith you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the spoken word of God, praying at all times in the Spirit, and being watchful to this end in all perseverance and requests for all the holy ones. Ephesians 6:10-18
We also want to remind you that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. Therefore, do not be afraid, for you are worth more than many sparrows and God cares for you. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Proverbs 3:5-6
Now, let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention in this situation. We pray for Your protection and deliverance for this person who is being harassed by a white lady spirit. We rebuke this spirit in the name of Jesus and command it to leave and never return.
Lord, we ask that You surround this person with Your angels and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Give them the strength and courage to resist the devil and stand firm in their faith. Help them to put on the full armor of God and to trust in You completely.
We also pray that this person would know the love and saving grace of Jesus Christ if they do not already. We pray that they would call upon the name of the Lord and be saved, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, submit to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. James 4:7-8. Keep praying and trusting in God, and He will deliver you. If you need further guidance or support, do not hesitate to reach out. We are here to help.

We also pray that You would fill them with Your peace, that they may feel Your presence strongly with them, comforting and strengthening them. Help them to put on the full armor of God daily, to stand firm against any attacks of the enemy.
Lord, we also ask that You would reveal Yourself to them in a powerful way, that they may know the depth of Your love and the height of Your power. Help them to trust in You completely, knowing that You are always with them.
