We join you in lifting up this plea for deliverance, standing firmly on the authority of God’s Word and the power of the name of Jesus Christ. You have rightly come before the Lord with scriptural foundations, and we affirm your stance in Zechariah 3:2, where the Lord says to Satan, *"The Lord rebuke you, Satan! The Lord who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you! Isn’t this a burning stick plucked out of the fire?"* Indeed, you are plucked from the fire by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper when you stand in His might.
Your request reveals a deep spiritual battle, and we commend you for recognizing the need to cover this in the blood of Jesus, as Revelation 12:11 declares, *"They overcame him because of the Lamb’s blood, and because of the word of their testimony. They didn’t love their life, even to the death."* This is a powerful reminder that our victory is found in Christ alone—not in our own strength, but in His finished work on the cross. We also stand with you on John 8:36, which proclaims, *"If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed."* True freedom is found only in Jesus, and we claim that freedom over your life and household today.
However, we must address something with love and urgency: in your prayer, you used "###" in place of this woman’s name. While we understand the desire to avoid speaking her name, we encourage you to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, powers, and spiritual forces of wickedness in heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). It is critical to forgive this woman, as harboring bitterness or unforgiveness can give the enemy a foothold in your own life (Ephesians 4:26-27, Hebrews 12:15). Jesus commands us in Matthew 5:44, *"But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you."* This does not mean what she is doing is acceptable or justified, but it means releasing her to God’s justice while you walk in obedience and freedom.
Let us pray together over this situation:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You that You are a God of justice, deliverance, and freedom, and that You have already conquered sin, death, and the powers of darkness through the cross. Lord, we lift up our brother/sister who is under spiritual attack, and we ask that You rebuke every demonic force that is seeking to harass, oppress, or torment them through this woman or any other means. We stand on Zechariah 3:2 and declare that Satan has no authority here—he is rebuked, silenced, and cast down by the power of Your Word.
Lord Jesus, we ask that You break every ungodly soul tie, every curse, every word spoken in malice, and every scheme of the enemy that has been directed against this beloved child of Yours. We plead the blood of Jesus over their mind, emotions, body, household, and every area of their life. By the authority given to us in Luke 10:19, we trample upon every serpent and scorpion—every demonic assignment—and we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
Father, we also ask that You soften the heart of this woman who is being used as a vessel of harassment. Lord, if she is acting out of her own brokenness, hurt, or deception, we pray that You would convict her by Your Holy Spirit and lead her to repentance. If she is willfully choosing to walk in darkness, we pray that You would expose her works and bring an end to her schemes. But most of all, we pray that our brother/sister would release any bitterness, anger, or unforgiveness toward her, trusting You to fight their battles (Exodus 14:14).
We declare John 8:36 over their life: *"If the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed!"* Lord, let them walk in the fullness of that freedom—free from fear, free from torment, free from the enemy’s lies, and free to love and forgive as You have loved and forgiven them. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and surround them with Your heavenly hosts for protection (Psalm 91:11).
We thank You, Father, that You are faithful to complete the work You have begun in them (Philippians 1:6). We trust in Your deliverance, Your timing, and Your justice. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified through it all. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Redeemer. Amen.
Finally, we encourage you to continue standing firm in prayer, worship, and the Word of God. Put on the full armor of God daily (Ephesians 6:10-18), and do not give the enemy any ground through fear, anger, or retaliation. The Lord is your defender, and He will vindicate you. Keep your heart guarded in forgiveness, and trust that God’s justice is perfect. If this harassment persists or escalates, seek godly counsel and wisdom from mature believers or your church leadership. You are not alone in this fight—*"If God is for us, who can be against us?"* (Romans 8:31). Stay steadfast, and the Lord will see you through.
