Deliverance prayer from unemployment

Shivani India

Humble Prayer Partner
Shivani here from India …I need urgent prayer from a spirit of rejection from a job & relationship.

I still remember it was May 02,2024 my birthday and I was feeling so proud of myself ( & my parents too ) that after so much struggle I managed to get a job and it was my dream role & I was working for 2 biz coaches ( loving , kind ) from UK & Uganda who also believe in Jesus

I was into international high ticket sales and organic marketing.

they were my biggest supporters , I grew so much because of them & I built highly valuable skills modeling their success .. and guess what! They even sent me my salary & extra money as a birthday gift.

Then I remember a day after my birthday , I didn’t receive any msg about my work tasks but I thought I know what to do on every day basis so I would start my work.

Then whole day there was no msg , on 4th may also no update , 2-3 days later … he took me on a zoom call and told me he is having health issues so need to take a break & money won’t come in business so he won’t be able to pay me.

When I asked when I will be able to work for you again … He mentioned once he gets recovered & things in business start working , I can continue.

I don’t know why but I believed that … I said no worries , I would wait.

Then I waited for next 6 months , I messaged and I got to know , he was still figuring things out.

So one day I asked , hey can you please give me a date as my parents have high expectations from me & how long I would keep waiting like this !

He said , honestly I don’t know but I am trying my best , it can be 1,3,6 months , 1 year I don’t know.

That was the day I decided I need to make a decision so we mutually agreed I should find a job here in my country India.

So I had to change my field , I decided to get into digital marketing & I started my digital marketing journey in feb 2025….

I was new to that field so I had to take one course , I had to leave my house & move to a different city which made me start everything from scratch when it comes to my career.

Previously also , even though I was into international high ticket sales and organic marketing , my main field was computer engineering that time also I had to learn everything from scratch about business field as I had only tech skills from engineering.

And later also , I had to learn everything about digital marketing as I mastered my skills into sales & organic marketing.

So why this pattern in my life ! Why near success syndrome?

I successfully finished that course , I understood everything about digital marketing & I was so excited to prepare for interviews , build resumes , apply for jobs & give interviews.

I have been studying since July 2025 , I started applying for jobs in dec 2025.

I have applied to many companies.

Now it’s march 13, 2026 ….. I have been facing rejections after rejections.

It’s so disappointing and discouraging to do the hardwork , study with focus on consistent basis & no desired outcome. I am feeling like giving up.

Forget about getting rejected in interviews… if it happens , I will understand may be I lacked some knowledge or experience so I can learn and improve but what’s the point of studying if I am not even getting a chance to give interviews as my resume is not getting shortlisted in the first place no matter what I do.

My parents , they believed in me , they sent me to another city thinking I deserve a chance to build my career.

So I am feeling deep guilt that I am not making them proud but I also know how much focused I am , how many sacrifices I am making to get a job , how much study I am doing on a consistent basis. So I know I am doing whatever it takes to keep going.

My parents have been sending money since the day I moved here , 8th feb , 2025

Now they are facing financial burden.

It’s been so long I am being unemployed. Why I am getting rejected … rejection from a job , rejection from a relationship , rejection from my family! Why ?

I am completely feeling like a failure , I have been facing stagnation in my life from years. I am not seeing any progress.

I am also facing financial stagnation since so long , I live in Pune , it’s an expensive city.

If I get a job , that issue would be solved but I am not even getting a job.

Can you please all pray to deliver me from unemployment & ask Lord to give me a job offer before April in a very well reputed company with an exceptional pay , great work life balance , growth culture with hybrid or remote work mode in Pune city ?

Also on 11th March… 2 days ago , the person I was in love with , with whom I decided to build a meaningful life together rejected me suddenly and told me not to keep any contact which shattered my heart into pieces.

It has impacted me mentally , physically & emotionally , for me this time is very important as I have been putting so many efforts since so long when it comes to get a job , now this separation has caused distraction.

I have no idea how enemy attacked me from all the sides in one time … destroyed my career , bond with my family , bond with the person I loved the most.

I am deeply hurt , shaken from within. Please please all pray for me & ask God to turn these obstacles into testimony.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up ### and her deep struggles with rejection, unemployment, and heartbreak. First and foremost, we must address the foundation of our faith—it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and without Him, our prayers lack the power and authority they are meant to carry. We encourage you to place your trust fully in Jesus, repenting of any sin and surrendering your life to Him, for He alone is the way, the truth, and the life.

The pain of rejection in your career, relationships, and even from family is not lost on us. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and it is clear he has been attacking you on multiple fronts. But we declare that God has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). The pattern of near-success syndrome you describe is not coincidence—it is a spiritual battle. The enemy does not want you to rise, but we rebuke every spirit of stagnation, rejection, and delay in Jesus’ name. We command these forces to flee, for greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

Your hard work, sacrifices, and perseverance have not gone unnoticed by the Lord. He sees your tears, your late-night studying, and your determination to honor your parents despite the financial strain. We pray that God would open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8) and grant you favor in the sight of employers. We ask Him to connect you with a reputable company in ### that values your skills, offers a godly work culture, and provides the financial stability you need. Lord, let this season of waiting end with a testimony of Your faithfulness. Provide a job offer before ###, one that reflects Your goodness and provision.

Regarding the relationship that ended so abruptly, we must address this with biblical truth. If this was a courtship with the intention of marriage, we grieve with you over the pain of rejection. However, we must also examine whether this relationship was aligned with God’s will. Did it honor Him? Was it built on mutual faith in Christ? The Bible warns us not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers (2 Corinthians 6:14). If this person was not a believer or if the relationship was not pursued with marriage as the goal, we trust that God is protecting you from future heartache. We pray for healing over your heart, that God would bind up your wounds (Psalm 147:3) and restore your joy. Let this rejection be a redirection toward the spouse God has prepared for you—a godly man who will love you as Christ loves the church (Ephesians 5:25).

The financial burden you and your parents are carrying is heavy, but we serve a God who owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10) and promises to supply all our needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). We pray for supernatural provision, wisdom in managing resources, and an end to this season of lack. Let this trial refine your faith, not break it, for the testing of your faith produces perseverance (James 1:3).

We also rebuke the spirit of guilt and failure that has weighed you down. You are not a failure—you are a child of the Most High God, and He has plans to prosper you, not to harm you (Jeremiah 29:11). The enemy wants you to believe the lie that your efforts are in vain, but we declare that your labor in the Lord is not in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58). Every sacrifice, every late night, every prayer has been recorded in heaven.

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up ### to Your throne of grace. Lord, You see her heart, her struggles, and her desire to honor You. We ask that You break every chain of rejection, stagnation, and delay in her life. Open doors of opportunity that no man can shut, and grant her favor in the eyes of employers. Provide a job that meets her needs and reflects Your goodness, Lord.

We rebuke the spirit of discouragement and declare that You are her strength in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). Heal her heart from the pain of rejection in relationships, and let this season be a time of refining, not destruction. Restore her joy, peace, and hope in You.

Father, we ask for supernatural provision for her and her family. Meet every financial need and turn this trial into a testimony of Your faithfulness. Let her see Your hand at work in every area of her life.

We declare that the enemy’s plans will not prevail. You have not forgotten ###, and Your promises over her life are yes and amen (2 Corinthians 1:20). Strengthen her faith, renew her mind, and let her rise above these challenges with a testimony that glorifies You.

In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Dear ###,

1. **Keep Trusting in Jesus**: You've mentioned your faith in Jesus. Hold onto that. He sees your struggles and is with you every step of the way. Trust in Him, and He will direct your path (Proverbs 3:5-6).

2. **Rejection is Temporary**: The rejections you've faced are not the end of your story. They're just setbacks on your journey. Remember, God has a purpose for every trial (Romans 8:28). Keep pressing on, and don't let these rejections discourage you.

3. **Your Hard Work is Not in Vain**: We want to encourage you. Your hard work, studying, and dedication have not gone unnoticed. Keep up the good work. Your time will come (Galatians 6:9).

4. **God is Your Provider**: Your financial situation is heavy, but remember, God owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10). He will meet your needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Trust in Him for provision.

5. **You Are Not a Failure**: The enemy wants you to believe that your efforts are in vain. Don't listen to that lie. You are not a failure. You are a child of the Most High God, and He has plans to prosper you, not to harm you (Jeremiah 29:11).

6. **God is Your Healer**: The pain you feel from the sudden end of your relationship is real. But God is your healer. He can bind up your wounds and restore your joy (Psalm 147:3). Trust in Him for healing.

We pray that God would open doors for you, grant you favor in the sight of employers, and provide a job offer before ###. We also pray for healing and restoration in your relationships. Most importantly, we pray that you would trust in Jesus, knowing that He is with you and for you.

Be a Prayer Warrior: “Praying for others”

We are so grateful you shared your heart with us and allowed us to stand with you in prayer during this deeply challenging season. Your perseverance through repeated rejection, financial strain, and the painful loss of a relationship has not gone unnoticed—by us or by our Heavenly Father. You have shown remarkable courage in continuing to study, apply, and press forward despite the weight of disappointment, and we want you to know how deeply we admire your faith and determination.

We continue to lift you before the Lord, asking Him to break every spirit of rejection that has sought to define this season of your life. Father, we ask You to open doors no man can shut—doors to a job that not only meets your financial needs but also honors the skills, passion, and calling You’ve placed within ###. We pray for a position in a reputable company in ###, one that offers fair pay, growth opportunities, and a healthy work-life balance, whether hybrid or remote. Let this job be more than an answer to prayer; let it be a testimony of Your faithfulness and provision.

We also pray for healing in your heart after the recent breakup. Lord, You see the pain and confusion she is carrying, and we ask You to mend what has been broken. Comfort her in her grief, restore her focus, and remind her that she is deeply loved—not just by those around her, but by You. Let this season of loss be transformed into a testimony of Your restoration and grace.

Father, we ask that You would silence the lies of the enemy that whisper “failure” and “stagnation.” Replace them with Your truth: that You are working all things together for her good, that her labor in You is not in vain, and that her identity is secure in Christ—not in her circumstances. We pray for peace that surpasses understanding to guard her heart and mind, and for joy to rise even in the waiting.

And Lord, we ask that You would strengthen her relationship with her family. Let them see Your hand at work, and let their love and support be a tangible reminder of Your care. Provide for every need, meet every financial burden, and let this season of testing become a powerful testimony of Your deliverance.

We believe You are moving on ###’s behalf. If You have already answered this prayer in ways she hasn’t yet seen, we ask that You would reveal it to her soon. And if the answer is still coming, we commit to standing with her in faith until it does.

Thank you for trusting us with your burdens. If your request has been answered, we would love to celebrate with you—please share a praise report so we can rejoice together. If the wait continues, we invite you to post again so we can keep lifting you up in prayer.

May the Lord bless you abundantly as you continue to seek Him. May His peace fill your heart, His strength sustain you, and His promises anchor your soul. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
