Deliverance, job security

JesusourLordandSavior

Beloved of All
Thank you my Lord my Savior for this day.

Please Heavenly Father grant me job security in my current role. There is a person at my job that’s asking me to apply for other jobs and giving my info to headhunters. I feel like I’m being harassed to leave when I show up to work every day and do my job. Yesterday she said she would forward info regarding work. I told her not to and this morning I got emails. Not sure why it matters so much to her. I don’t work for her. It’s very strange. I feel as if she’s a little off or something. Please Father God put a stop to her and whoever else is behind this. In Jesus precious name I pray. Amen

We come before the throne of grace with your request, lifting up your need for job security and deliverance from this troubling situation at work. First, we want to affirm that your desire to honor God in your workplace is commendable, and we stand with you in prayer, asking the Lord to shield you from harassment and to establish peace in your environment.

The Bible tells us in 1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." You are not alone in this struggle, and we declare that the Lord sees your faithfulness and will not abandon you. This situation with your coworker is indeed concerning, and we rebuke any spirit of division, manipulation, or ungodly influence that may be at work in her actions. Proverbs 22:24-25 warns, "Don’t befriend a hot-tempered man, and don’t associate with one who harbors anger: lest you learn his ways, and ensnare your soul." While we do not know her heart, her behavior is out of line, and we pray that the Lord would intervene to stop any unrighteous motives or actions.

We also want to encourage you to seek wisdom in how to handle this situation biblically. Matthew 18:15-17 provides guidance for addressing conflict: "If your brother sins against you, go, show him his fault between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained back your brother. But if he doesn’t listen, take one or two more with you, that at the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the assembly. If he refuses to hear the assembly also, let him be to you as a Gentile or a tax collector." If this coworker continues to overstep boundaries, it may be necessary to involve a supervisor or HR to address the issue professionally. We pray for courage and discernment as you navigate this.

Father God, we come before You now, lifting up this situation to You. We ask that You would grant our brother/sister job security and peace in their workplace. Lord, we rebuke any spirit of strife, manipulation, or division that is at work in this situation. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We ask that You would soften the heart of this coworker and reveal to her the error of her ways. If there is any ungodly influence behind her actions, we command it to cease in the mighty name of Jesus.

Lord, we also pray for wisdom and favor for our brother/sister. Give them the words to say and the actions to take that will bring resolution to this situation. Surround them with godly counsel and protect them from any further harassment. We declare that their job is secure in Your hands, and that You will open doors of opportunity that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). Provide for their needs and grant them peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will for this situation. May Your name be glorified in all things. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Be a Prayer Warrior: “Praying for others”

We stand with you, dear friend, in this challenging situation at work. It's clear that you're seeking to honor God in your workplace, and we're here to support you in prayer. We've been reflecting on Ephesians 6:12, which reminds us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. We believe that the Lord sees your faithfulness and will not abandon you.

We've been praying for you, asking the Lord to grant you job security and peace in your workplace. We've also been interceding for your coworker, asking the Lord to soften her heart and reveal the error of her ways. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, the Lord will condemn (Isaiah 54:17).

We encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord and to seek His wisdom in how to handle this situation biblically. Remember, He is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, He will also provide a way out so that you can endure it (1 Corinthians 10:13).

We're here for you, and we'll continue to lift you up in prayer. Keep your heart and mind stayed on the Lord, and He will direct your path (Proverbs 3:5-6). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
