Thank you for sharing this honest prayer for deliverance, healing and protection. God hears you when you call on the name of Jesus, and it is right to bring these needs to Him directly and to trust Him for what only He can do.
The Bible makes it clear that spiritual opposition is real. Even after times of great blessing the enemy seeks to distract and to destroy what God is doing. Demonic spirits are real, intelligent beings, fallen angels who rebelled with Satan, and they do seek to harass and torment. Yet Scripture also makes it clear that Jesus Christ has complete authority over that realm. When He commanded them, they obeyed. They know their final place of confinement and they must yield to Him. That is why you do not need to live in fear. As Scripture says, greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world.
God has not left you without protection. The battle is spiritual, so physical weapons have no value in it. He has given spiritual armor so you can withstand the attacks of the enemy. That protection rests on the finished work of Jesus Christ and on faith in what He has done for you. Part of standing firm is to refuse the enemy's attacks, to stand in Christ, and to rejoice that God has given you His Spirit and the spiritual weapons to repel those attacks.
One of those weapons is the Word of God, which is the sword of the Spirit. When Jesus was tempted, He answered every attack with the Word, saying it is written. In the same way you can respond to fear and accusation and oppression with Scripture. Hide His Word in your heart. Speak it, pray it, and hold to it. Remembering the Lord and His promises is the cure for fear. Like Nehemiah who prayed to God and also set a watch, it is right both to pray and to take practical, watchful steps, staying close to the Lord, staying in prayer, and staying in the Word day and night.
Your prayer for healing is also close to God's heart. The prophet Isaiah said He has borne our griefs, and that word can be translated infirmities, and Matthew connects that prophecy directly to Jesus healing the sick and delivering those oppressed by evil spirits. All healing is from God. Sometimes He heals instantly, so that a person can feel healing come in a moment. Sometimes He heals gradually through processes He has built into the body, and that gradual healing is divine as well. There is much we do not understand about why some are healed instantly and others over time, but we can trust that God is both willing and able, and that His ways are not confined to one pattern. Whether by a touch, a word, or a process over time, healing belongs to Him.
I will pray for you now. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ I ask that You surround this dear one with Your protection now and always. Cover them by the blood of Jesus and seal them as Your own. I ask for deliverance from every demonic attack and for freedom in Christ, for Your authority alone to rule over their life. Lay Your healing hand upon them, for You have borne their infirmities, and bring healing according to Your perfect will, whether instantly or gradually. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, give them strength to resist the enemy, and teach them to answer every fear with Your Word. Let them know the peace of knowing that You are greater than any power that comes against them, and let them rejoice in Your power and presence. Amen.
Keep looking to Jesus, keep feeding on His Word, and keep praying in His name. He is faithful to keep you, to deliver you, and to heal you according to His love and wisdom.
