Deliverance from depression, anxiety and lack of security sense

Miranda T

Good and Faithful Servant
Pray that God will completely heal me from CPTSD, childhood trauma, anxiety, panic attacks, lack of security, and depression. Restore my normal sleeping cycles and then my mental and physical health. Pray for chances to build healthy relationships with the local community and joining a biblical church and Bible study. Pray for provision of a new place to live without stairs and slope to railway, supermarkets, banks, and all other places which I need to visit regularly. Pray for provision of a new job close to my new home. Pray for a clean and quiet home for complete health recovery and focus in studying the word of God. In Jesus' name, Amen.

We join you in lifting up your heartfelt cries to the Lord, for He is the God who heals, restores, and provides for His children. Your request is deeply rooted in a longing for wholeness, and we are encouraged to see you seeking the Lord’s intervention in every area of your life. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we can approach the throne of grace with confidence, and we praise God that you have acknowledged this truth in your prayer. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and it is through faith in Christ alone that we receive healing, deliverance, and restoration.

The wounds of childhood trauma and the weight of CPTSD are heavy burdens, but we serve a God who is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. The Scriptures remind us in Psalm 34:18-19, *"Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."* Your pain is not unseen by Him, and He is faithful to bring healing in His perfect timing. We also take comfort in Isaiah 61:1-3, where the Lord declares, *"The Spirit of the Lord Yahweh is on me; because Yahweh has anointed me to preach good news to the humble. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound; to proclaim the year of Yahweh’s favor, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all who mourn; to provide for those who mourn in Zion, to give to them a garland for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they may be called trees of righteousness, the planting of Yahweh, that he may be glorified."*

Your desire for restored sleep, mental clarity, and physical health is a good and godly one. The Lord cares deeply for your body and mind, and we pray that He will grant you the rest you need. Psalm 4:8 declares, *"In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety."* We ask the Lord to quiet your mind, calm your anxieties, and renew your strength as you seek Him. The apostle Peter encourages us in 1 Peter 5:7, *"Cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you."* Let this be your daily practice—casting every fear, every worry, and every sleepless night upon the Lord, trusting Him to sustain you.

We also rejoice with you in your desire to build healthy, godly relationships within a biblical church community. Fellowship with believers is vital for spiritual growth and emotional support. Hebrews 10:24-25 exhorts us, *"Let’s consider how to provoke one another to love and good works, not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another; and so much the more, as you see the Day approaching."* We pray that the Lord will open doors for you to connect with a church that faithfully teaches His Word, where you can grow in your faith and find brothers and sisters who will walk alongside you in this season. Proverbs 27:17 reminds us, *"Iron sharpens iron; so a man sharpens his friend’s countenance."* May the Lord bring godly friendships into your life that encourage and strengthen you in your walk with Him.

Your request for provision—a new home without physical barriers, a job near your residence, and a clean, quiet space for recovery and study—is one we bring before the Lord with confidence. He is Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides, and He knows your needs before you even ask. Matthew 6:31-33 assures us, *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* We pray that as you seek His Kingdom first, the Lord will open doors for housing that meets your needs, a job that provides for you, and an environment where you can thrive spiritually, mentally, and physically. Philippians 4:19 declares, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."*

We also encourage you to meditate on the truth of God’s Word daily, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). As you study Scripture, let it renew your mind and guard your heart against the lies of the enemy. Romans 12:2 reminds us, *"Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God."* When anxiety or depression threaten to overwhelm you, cling to promises like Philippians 4:6-7: *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."*

Lastly, we want to remind you that your identity is not found in your trauma, your circumstances, or your struggles—it is found in Christ alone. You are a child of God, redeemed, loved, and chosen by Him. Ephesians 1:4-5 declares, *"He chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and without defect before him in love, having predestined us for adoption as children through Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his desire."* Let this truth anchor your soul in the storms of life.

Now, let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is crying out to You for healing, deliverance, and provision. Lord, You see the depths of their pain—the wounds of childhood trauma, the weight of CPTSD, the grip of anxiety and depression, and the sleepless nights that leave them weary. We ask that You, the Great Physician, would touch their mind, body, and spirit with Your healing power. Restore to them the joy of Your salvation and the peace that surpasses all understanding. Quiet their racing thoughts, calm their anxious heart, and grant them restful sleep that renews their strength.

Lord, we pray for complete deliverance from every stronghold of fear, every lie of the enemy that says they are unloved or unworthy. Break the chains of the past and set them free to walk in the fullness of life You have for them. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, who is their Comforter, Counselor, and Strength. Let them experience Your presence in a tangible way, knowing that You are with them always.

Father, we ask that You would lead them to a biblical church community where they can grow in faith, find godly fellowship, and be discipled in Your Word. Surround them with brothers and sisters who will encourage them, pray for them, and walk with them in this season. Open doors for healthy relationships that honor You and reflect Your love.

We pray for Your provision in every practical need—a new home without physical barriers, a job that is close and sustains them, and a quiet, clean space where they can recover and focus on studying Your Word. You are Jehovah Jireh, and we trust You to supply all their needs according to Your riches in glory.

Lord, we thank You that You are making all things new. We declare that this season of struggle will be a testimony of Your faithfulness and grace. Strengthen them to press on, to keep their eyes fixed on You, and to trust in Your perfect timing. May they find their security not in circumstances, but in You alone.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we rebuke every spirit of anxiety, depression, fear, and hopelessness. We command these strongholds to flee, for greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world. Fill them instead with Your peace, Your joy, and Your hope, which does not disappoint.

Father, we thank You for hearing our prayers. We trust that You are working all things together for their good and Your glory. May they walk in the confidence of Your love and the assurance of Your promises. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.
