We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's intervention and deliverance from the bitterness and negativity stemming from ###'s situation. We commend you for standing on the promises of God's Word and encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord Jesus Christ for guidance and protection.
Firstly, we address the issue of bitterness and the need for deliverance. The Bible tells us in Hebrews 12:15, "See to it that no one comes short of the grace of God; that no root of bitterness springing up troubles you, and many be defiled by it." Bitterness can take root and cause immense harm, but through Jesus Christ, we can find freedom and healing.
We praise God with you, for Jesus has said, "So if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed." John 8:36. This promise is for all who believe in Him. We pray that ### will also experience this freedom and be released from the bitterness that has taken hold of his heart.
We stand with you in asking for emotional protection from any discouraging emotions ### may be trying to provoke. As it is written in Isaiah 54:17, "No weapon that is formed against you will prosper; and every tongue that accuses you in judgment you will condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of Yahweh, and their righteousness is of me," says Yahweh."
We rebuke all the ways in which ### is being used against you, standing on Zechariah 3:2, "Yahweh said to Satan, 'Yahweh rebuke you, Satan! Yes, Yahweh who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you! Isn’t this a burning stick plucked out of the fire?'"
We cover you with the precious blood of Jesus, claiming the promise in Revelation 12:11, "They overcame him because of the Lamb’s blood, and because of the word of their testimony. They didn’t love their life, even to death."
Let us pray together:
Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in need of Your divine intervention. We ask that You deliver ### from the bitterness that has taken root in his heart and bring healing and restoration to his marriage. Lord, we ask for Your emotional protection, that no discouraging emotions would take hold. We rebuke any attempts of the enemy to use ### against us, and we cover ourselves with Your precious blood, claiming Your victory and protection over our lives.
Lord, we also pray for ###'s salvation and freedom from bitterness. We know "if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." Romans 10:9. We pray for his heart to turn to you Jesus and that he would be saved, so that ### will be forgiven, stop his bitterness, and stop his attacks.
In Jesus' name, we pray for Your will to be done in this situation. Strengthen us to remain steadfast in our faith, and let Your peace reign in our hearts. Amen.
Continue to trust in the Lord, knowing that He is faithful to His promises. Stand firm in your faith, and may the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7
