Deliverance from Alcohol

Pastor ###, my family is in desperate need for a miracle deliverance for my son, ###. He is ### years old and still at home. As his mother, I have tried all I can do to get him to stop taking alcohol because it causes him to behave in a seriously dysfunctional manner: no good to himself, and to himself as a person. Alcohol is breaking anything that he wants to do to help himself. I am ### years old. I would not want to leave him like that. Please God __

Father please touch and minster to ###. You see all of his needs and issues but there is NOTHING too difficult for you. Please draw him by your Holy Spirit to yourself Lord and bring forth deliverance into his life. Let him receive you into his heart and receive the forgiveness and healing that he needs. May I suggest tough love! Don't enable him. Tell him if he doesn't stop drinking he can no longer live with you. You do not need this in your life! I am a nurse who has worked in chemical dependency for years and have seen it a million times. A big thing to realize is he has to want to do this. You can talk until you are blue in the face and it won't help. Let him know you love him so much that either he gets help or he's out! Period! And follow through with it! Tell him you cannot stand to watch it any more. You deserve happiness! I will be praying for you and I wish you luck. And you may want to get counseling to help you deal with this! Good luck and may God comfort you and give you strength!
