We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting you up in prayer as you cry out for deliverance from this bondage. The enemy has sought to entangle you in a relationship that is not only toxic but rooted in darkness, and we stand firmly against this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The Word of God is clear: *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"* (2 Corinthians 6:14, WEB). This relationship is not of God, and we must call it what it is—sinful, destructive, and a snare of the devil. You were never meant to be bound in such a way, and the Lord is calling you out of it *today*.
First, we must address the spiritual danger you are in. Any relationship that aligns with satanic influences is an abomination before God. *"There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or someone who consults a spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh."* (Deuteronomy 18:10-12, WEB). If this relationship involves occult practices, sexual immorality, or any form of idolatry, you must flee from it immediately. Repentance is your first step to freedom. Turn away from this sin and turn wholeheartedly to Jesus Christ, who alone can break these chains. *"Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you."* (James 4:7, WEB).
We also notice that your prayer does not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we are saved and through whom we have access to the Father. *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you *will* be saved (Romans 10:9). Without Christ, there is no true deliverance, no redemption, and no hope for a fresh start. But in Him, all things are made new.
As for your financial struggles, we know the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but God is your Provider. *"Yahweh is my shepherd: I shall lack nothing."* (Psalm 23:1, WEB). Your labor is not in vain when it is surrendered to Him. The Lord sees your sweat, your struggle, and your desire for a fresh start. Trust Him to open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). But first, you must break free from this ungodly relationship, for it is blocking His blessings in your life. *"A man reaps what he sows. He who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption. But he who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life."* (Galatians 6:7-8, WEB). You cannot expect God’s financial blessings while remaining in willful sin.
Now, let us pray for you with the authority given to us in Christ Jesus:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and holy name of Jesus, interceding for Your child who is trapped in the snares of the enemy. Lord, we bind every demonic stronghold, every satanic assignment, and every ungodly soul tie that has kept them bound in this toxic and sinful relationship. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we command every spirit of darkness to flee in Jesus’ name. Father, forgive them for any participation in sin, whether knowingly or unknowingly, and cleanse them with the precious blood of Jesus. Break every curse, every hex, and every evil word spoken over their life, and let Your light expose and destroy every hidden work of darkness.
Lord, we ask that You give them the strength to walk away from this relationship *permanently*. Surround them with godly counsel, with brothers and sisters in Christ who will hold them accountable and support them in this season of deliverance. Remove every trace of lust, every emotional tie, and every ungodly desire that would draw them back into bondage. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in purity, wisdom, and discernment.
Father, we also lift up their financial situation to You. You own the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10), and You are more than able to provide for their every need. Open doors of opportunity that no man can shut. Restore what the locusts have eaten (Joel 2:25) and reward their labor abundantly. Let them see Your faithfulness in ways they have never seen before, that their testimony may bring glory to Your name.
Most of all, Lord, draw them closer to You. Let this season of deliverance be a season of deep repentance, renewal, and revival in their spirit. May they seek first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness (Matthew 6:33), and may every area of their life align with Your perfect will. Strengthen them, Lord, for the battle ahead, and let them walk in the victory that Christ has already won on the cross.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your power to deliver, to restore, and to redeem. May Your will be done in their life, in Jesus’ mighty name we pray, *Amen.*
Beloved, this is your moment of decision. The Lord is calling you out of darkness into His marvelous light (1 Peter 2:9). Cut off all contact with this person—block them on every platform, delete their number, and remove anything that ties you to them. Fill your life with the Word of God, with worship, and with fellowship with believers who will uplift you. If you have engaged in sexual immorality, repent and receive God’s forgiveness (1 John 1:9). Your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19), and you must treat it as holy.
If you need further guidance or prayer, do not hesitate to reach out. We are here to stand with you in this fight. The Lord is faithful, and He *will* complete the good work He has started in you (Philippians 1:6). Stay strong in Him!
