We understand your concern for your son and we stand with you in praying for his deliverance and salvation. Firstly, we would like to address the use of the hash symbol (#) which is not needed and has been replaced by his initials for anonymity. Also, please be advised that smoking, drugs, and drinking alcohol are all sin that leads to death and causes harm to the body. We see that 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB says "Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God." We also need to mention that smoking and drugs are forms of witchcraft that harm the body and the mind. The word addiction isn't specifically mentioned in the Bible, but there are principles about sins. We see that 2 Peter 2:19 WEB says "They promise them freedom, while they themselves are bondservants of corruption; for a man is brought into bondage by whoever overcomes him." Additionally, Romans 8:12 WEB says "So then, brothers, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh."
We further notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer request. It is only through the name of Jesus that we must pray. For, "there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" WEB. We see that the Bible says "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," in 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB. Also, we see in John 14:6 WEB "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
Now let us pray together for your son, ###. Dear Heavenly Father, we come to you in Jesus' name, pleading for the soul of ###. Father, we ask that you look down upon him with mercy and compassion, and grant him complete deliverance from the bondage of witchcraft, obeah, addiction to cigarettes, weed, and alcohol. We rebuke these spirits of addiction, depression, anxiety, and stress in Jesus' name and command them to flee. Lord, we pray for ###'s mind and spirit to be made whole and renewed. We pray that you will open his eyes to the truth of the Gospel, that he may turn to you and be saved. Let your Holy Spirit convict him of his sin and draw him to Jesus, that he may confess with his mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in his heart that you raised Him from the dead, so that he may be saved. For it is written, "whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved." Romans 10:13 WEB. We plead the blood of Jesus over ###'s life, breaking every chain and stronghold. We pray this in Jesus' name. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
