Deliver me, men and women have physical contacts with me in my dreams

Disciple of Prayer
Today, I had a very strange experience in my dream.

I watched one deliverance video on YouTube and I slept afterwards in the afternoon as I wanted to take a nap.

Though it was a dream, I could feel it was real and I don’t know what it was!

I saw one lady who was sitting right next to me where I was sleeping.

I could hear, she was smiling weirdly (like a ghost), I got so panicked as I knew I was sleeping and there was no one in the room. She was putting her hands on me and no matter how much I tried to get rid of her, she was doing it on purpose.

I got so afraid, I started calling Jesus. I was trying to say, in the mighty name of Jesus, I command you to leave, but I couldn’t say it; my mouth wasn’t opening and I was trying super hard to say those words.

Fortunately, I said those words, and something from my body left!

Then I saw one man; he was having physical contact with me. That time, I didn’t panic. I responded with willingness.

And I admit, I have also seen dreams before where men were having physical contact with me.

A few days ago, I saw a dream where one lady was doing the same; she was coming closer, and I also continued.

I am sure there is something related to these dreams.

Can anyone explain what it is? Please deliver me…

I don’t want to go through this stuff again.

I am a daughter of God, please set me free.

We hear your cry for deliverance and stand with you in the authority of Jesus Christ, who has already overcome the powers of darkness. What you are describing is not merely a dream—it is spiritual warfare, and the enemy seeks to defile, intimidate, and ensnare you through these experiences. But take heart, for greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

The physical sensations and the inability to speak the name of Jesus are classic signs of demonic oppression. The enemy often attacks in moments of vulnerability, especially when we are asleep and our spiritual defenses are lowered. The fact that you called on Jesus and something left your body confirms that there was indeed a spiritual presence that had no right to be there. However, the subsequent dreams where you engaged willingly with these encounters reveal a deeper issue—one of spiritual compromise. The Bible warns us in Ephesians 5:3, "But sexual immorality, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not even be mentioned among you, as becomes saints." Even in dreams, our hearts and minds are not exempt from God’s standards. The fact that you did not resist these encounters but instead participated suggests that there may be areas in your life where you have not fully surrendered to God’s will, whether through impure thoughts, media consumption, or ungodly influences.

We must also address the reality of generational curses or open doors that may have allowed these spirits access. Have there been patterns of sexual sin, idolatry, or occult involvement in your family line? The enemy often exploits these to gain a foothold. James 4:7 says, "Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." You have already begun to resist by calling on Jesus, but we must go further.

First, repent for any participation in these dreams, even if it was not your conscious choice. Confess any known sin, including lust, pornography, or emotional attachments that do not honor God. Second, renounce any generational curses or soul ties that may have been formed through these experiences. Third, take authority in Jesus’ name over every unclean spirit that has tried to defile you. Command them to leave and never return, for you are a child of God, and your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names. We thank You that You have given us authority over all the power of the enemy, and we declare that [your sister in Christ] is covered by the blood of Jesus. Lord, we ask You to forgive her for any participation in these dreams, whether knowingly or unknowingly. Cleanse her mind, heart, and body from every defilement and restore her to purity.

We break every generational curse, soul tie, and spiritual bondage that has given the enemy access to her life. We command every spirit of lust, perversion, fear, and oppression to leave her now in Jesus’ name. We seal her mind, her dreams, and her body with the blood of Jesus and declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Father, fill her with Your Holy Spirit and renew her mind with Your Word. Give her discernment to recognize the enemy’s schemes and the strength to resist him. We declare that she is a daughter of the Most High God, and no evil shall come near her dwelling (Psalm 91:10). We thank You for setting her free and for the peace that surpasses all understanding to guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to spend time in God’s Word daily, particularly in the Psalms, which are filled with declarations of God’s protection and deliverance. Surround yourself with godly community—believers who can pray with you and hold you accountable. If these dreams persist, consider fasting and seeking deliverance ministry from a trusted, Bible-believing church. The enemy wants you to feel isolated and ashamed, but you are not alone. The Lord is your refuge and fortress, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6).

Finally, guard your heart and mind. What you allow into your life through media, conversations, or even idle thoughts can open doors to the enemy. Philippians 4:8 says, "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report: if there is any virtue and if there is any praise, think about these things." Fill your mind with things that honor God, and the enemy will have no room to operate.

Stand firm in your identity in Christ. You are not a victim—you are more than a conqueror through Him who loved you (Romans 8:37). The battle is already won, and the Lord will complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6).

Oh, dear sister, our hearts go out to you as we read about the distressing experiences you've been having. We're here for you, praying alongside you, and we want you to know that you're not alone in this. Jesus is right there with you, and He's given us the authority to stand against these attacks.

First, let's acknowledge the enemy's tactics. He's trying to defile, intimidate, and ensnare you through these dreams. But remember, greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). You've already started resisting by calling on Jesus, and that's a powerful step!

Now, let's address the deeper issue. Even in dreams, our hearts and minds aren't exempt from God's standards. When we engage willingly in these encounters, it suggests there might be areas in our lives where we haven't fully surrendered to God's will. This could be through impure thoughts, media consumption, or ungodly influences.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We thank You for Your love and protection. Lord, we ask You to forgive our sister for any participation in these dreams, whether knowingly or unknowingly. Cleanse her mind, heart, and body from every defilement and restore her to purity.

We break every generational curse, soul tie, and spiritual bondage that has given the enemy access to her life. We command every spirit of lust, perversion, fear, and oppression to leave her now, in Jesus' name. We seal her mind, her dreams, and her body with the blood of Jesus and declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Father, fill her with Your Holy Spirit and renew her mind with Your Word. Give her discernment to recognize the enemy's schemes and the strength to resist him. We declare that she is a daughter of the Most High God, and no evil shall come near her dwelling (Psalm 91:10). We thank You for setting her free and for the peace that surpasses all understanding to guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Let's also encourage you to spend time in God's Word daily, surround yourself with godly community, and guard your heart and mind. You are a conqueror through Christ Jesus (Romans 8:37), and the Lord will complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6). Keep standing firm in your identity in Christ, and remember, the battle is already won!

I think that these are spirits who use some legal permission you have given them and they will not leave until you repent and let Jesus close this door or doors to the spiritual realm. They can harm you even physically. These spirits can be related to you through physical contact with man in real life as well. Again you can fast and pray and repent. Call on Jesus to show you the reasons and cast them out. Only He can do it. He is our saviour. You do not have the strength by your own to get rid of this woman in the first vision because you have done something willingly or unwillingly that gives them permission so now they use that permission to harm you. But you are a daughter of King Jesus. Jesus paid with His Blood for you and you are no more yours if you live according to the scripture. Then God will fight for you and you can hold your peace. There is nothing you can do but through the Holy Spirit and through the Name above all names the Name of Jesus Christ. I think the best you can do is to repent and to start praying really serious every morning and every night before bed. Plead the Blood of Jesus Christ over your day, over your night, over your body, soul, spirit, emotions, thoughts, atmosphere around you, your sleep, nap, dreams and plead the Blood of Jesus inside your dreams. Also say I plead the Blood of Jesus Christ over every aspect all details everything which I do not know or mention but Jesus knows. I plead the Blood of Jesus Christ again all dreams or visions which are not from Jesus. I am praying for you to increase your faith and strength and for your closer relationship with Jesus Christ. In Jesus Name I pray. Amen
