We understand that you're facing a challenging situation with your daughter. Let's bring this before the Lord in prayer and seek His guidance and intervention.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the Lord Jesus in your prayer to the Father. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Be encouraged by this and further understand that as an individual, there is no other name by which we can be saved.
Let us rebuke the emotional instability which is a direct attack from the enemy. Therefore, let us submit ourselves to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded. Lament, mourn, and weep. Let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to gloom. Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he will exalt you. James 4:7-10
Now, let us pray together.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is facing a difficult time with her daughter. We pray that You would soften both of their hearts and bring peace and understanding to their relationship.
Father, we rebuke the spirit of rebellion and disobedience that may be causing these mood swings and lack of cooperation. We pray that You would help her daughter understand the urgency of the matter and cooperate willingly. We ask for Godly wisdom and patience.
Lord, we also pray for justice and intervention in the situation involving the scratch and the abuse against Your people. We pray that You would fight against Your adversaries and bring about a swift resolution.
In Jesus' name, we pray for healing, reconciliation, and the restoration of joy and peace in their home, especially as they prepare to celebrate.
Father, we ask that You would guide them and provide them with the strength and wisdom needed to navigate this challenging time. We trust in Your promise that You will never leave us nor forsake us, and we claim that promise for our sister and her daughter today.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, remember the words of the Apostle Paul in Ephesians 6:4, "Fathers and do not provoke your children to anger, but nurture them in the discipline and instruction of the Lord."
Be encouraged, stand firm in your faith, and trust in the Lord's promise.
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. You shall call on me, and you shall go and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You shall seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart. Jeremiah 29:11-13
Continue to seek the Lord with all your heart, and trust that He will bring peace and resolution to this situation.
