We understand that you are seeking peace and rest from anxiety, and safety for your daughter.
Firstly, let's pray for you according to Philippians 4:6-7 WEB: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Father, we come before you in Jesus' name, lifting up our fellow believer who is struggling with anxiety. We ask that you calm their mind and fill their heart giving them a deep sound sleep. We rebuke any anxiety in your child. Please surround them with your peace as promised in your word. Give them a deep and sound sleep tonight, and let them wake up refreshed and rejuvenated tomorrow morning. We also ask that you watch over their daughter as she travels home from work. Appoint your angels to surround her just as David describes in Psalm 91:11-12 WEB: "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won't dash your foot against a stone." Guide her steps and bring her home safely.
We encourage you to continue casting your anxieties on the Lord, as Peter tells us in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB: "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." Trust that God cares for you and your daughter, and that He is faithful to protect and provide.
Remember that it is only by the name of Jesus that we can approach God as mentioned in John 14:6 WEB. Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." This is the basic salvation message to believe in Jesus Christ.
Stand firm in your faith, and rest in the knowledge that God is in control. He is able to do abundantly more than all that we ask or think, according to his power at work within us. Ephesians 3:20-21 WEB: "Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to him be the glory in the assembly and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen."
