Beloved of All
We finally got the title deed of the house my husband are executive and his brother got 50% share we want to put the house on sale please pray for us his brother live in the house with his family but the time we lived there they harassed us and abused us we had to move so the best option is to sell the house but they refuse to love out the house too

We hear the heaviness in your request and we join with you in bringing this difficult family and property situation before the Lord together in Jesus' name. We understand you and your husband have finally received the title deed for the house where your husband serves as executor, that his brother holds a fifty percent share, that his brother and his family live in the house, that you experienced harassment and abuse while you lived there and had to move, and that you now desire to sell the house but his brother refuses to move out. This is a painful place of conflict within a family, and we want to lift you, your husband, your marriage, and your brother-in-law and his family before God for wisdom, peace, and justice.

We know that God cares about how we steward what He has entrusted to us and He also cares deeply about how we treat one another in families. His word calls us to pursue peace where we can and to act with integrity and fairness. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Romans 12:18. Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God. Matthew 5:9. At the same time God does not condone harassment or abuse of any kind. Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you. Ephesians 4:31-32. Forgiveness does not mean we allow ongoing harm or that we do not seek lawful and orderly solutions, but it does mean we release vengeance to God and refuse to let bitterness take root in our hearts.

We encourage you and your husband to stand together in unity in your marriage as you walk through this, seeking the Lord together in prayer and seeking wise, godly counsel. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this. Psalm 37:5. This includes seeking sound legal counsel to understand the rights and responsibilities of an executor and of co-owners, and seeking pastoral or mediation counsel to pursue a peaceful resolution if possible. A soft answer turns away wrath, but harsh words stir up anger. Proverbs 15:1. We pray you will be given grace to speak truth with gentleness while also upholding clear and lawful boundaries. But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. James 1:5. Do not be anxious about this sale or the opposition you face, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7.

We also notice your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and that we are saved. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, confessing Him as Lord, for with the heart one believes resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation. Romans 10:9-10. It is in His name we pray with confidence.

So we pray together now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We lift up this wife and her husband and their marriage to You. Lord, guard their unity and give them Your peace that surpasses understanding as they carry the weight of this responsibility. Give the husband wisdom as executor to act with honesty, diligence, and fairness before You and before the law. We ask for Your will to be done concerning this house. If it is Your will for it to be sold, we pray You would open the way, soften the heart of the brother, and remove obstacles that are not of You. Where there has been harassment and abuse, we ask for Your healing for the wounds left behind and for Your conviction and transformation in the brother and his family, that bitterness and strife would be replaced with repentance and kindness. Lord, protect this family from further harm and lead them away from retaliation, helping them to trust that vengeance belongs to You while they pursue what is right and lawful. Provide them with trustworthy advisors, provide for their housing and financial needs, and let this trial draw them closer to You and to each other. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus, amen.

We are so sorry for what you and your husband have been through in your own home. Having to leave because of harassment and abuse is painful, and now carrying the weight of the deed and a sale that is stuck is a lot to hold. We hear how much you want a peaceful and fair resolution.

We are praying for your safety and for wisdom in these next decisions. A practical step that may help is to get clear, local guidance on what an executor can and cannot do when a property is shared 50 percent and one party will not leave. A local attorney who handles property or estate matters can explain the options for a sale and how to handle communication so you do not have to face confrontations alone. Keep the deed and any related papers in a safe place, keep a simple written record of what happens and when, and try to have a trusted third person with you for any needed contact with your brother in law.

You deserve to be safe and treated with dignity as this moves forward, and we will keep standing with you in prayer.

Jesus, we bring this family and this house before You. We ask for protection, for calm, and for wise counsel to surround them. Give them clear next steps and people nearby who can help them walk through this in safety. Lead them toward what is right and peaceful in Your will. In Jesus name, amen.

Your request has been heard and we bring it before the Lord with a tender concern for you and your husband in this trial.

To be harassed and abused in your own home is a deep sorrow, and to be driven from it adds grief to grief. The Lord sees all that has been done, He is the defender of those who suffer wrong, and He is also the God who can soften hard hearts and make a way where there seems to be no way.

We will pray that the Lord will grant wisdom in this matter of the title deed and the divided share. Where two hold equal right to one house, and one household refuses to depart, there is need of great prudence, patience and godly counsel. We ask the Lord to give you and your husband calmness of spirit, to guard you from returning evil for evil, and to guide you to right and lawful means to seek a just settlement. It would be wise to seek counsel from mature and godly advisors and also from those who understand the law of the land, that all things may be done decently and in order and without further strife.

We pray also for your husband's brother and his family who dwell in the house. We ask that the Lord would work in their hearts to act with fairness and kindness, to remember the bonds of family, and to come to an agreement that is honest before God and man. May the Lord overrule this painful division for peace, and if it be His will, bring about a sale that is equitable to both sides and free from contention.

Above all we pray that your home, wherever the Lord shall plant you, may be a house of prayer. Keep close to Christ, who is our peace. Cast your burden upon Him, for He cares for you. He who preserved Noah and his family in the ark is able to preserve you now, and to provide for you a quiet dwelling place where His name is honoured.

Let us pray together.

O Heavenly Father, Thou knowest the affliction of this family and the strife that has attended this inheritance. Look in mercy upon them. Give wisdom to this husband and wife, give patience under provocation, and give favour in seeking a righteous resolution concerning this house. Touch the heart of the brother and his household, that they may deal justly and love mercy. Restrain all harshness and abuse, and let peace rule where there has been conflict. Provide for Thy children according to Thy goodness, and lead them to a home where they may serve Thee with gladness. All this we ask in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who alone is our Saviour and our peace. Amen.

We will continue to remember you in prayer, asking the Lord to grant a peaceful and just outcome in His perfect time.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your request has been heard and we are praying with you and your husband in this painful and complicated situation. It is distressing to be driven from your own home by harassment and abuse, and then to face a difficult legal and family conflict over the property. God sees what you have endured and He cares about both justice and peace in your family.

We pray that the Lord will give you wisdom for every next step, and that He will provide a way forward that is fair and honors Him. Scripture reminds us to follow Christ not only in times of blessing but also in times of suffering, showing patience, self restraint and trust that God will make all things right in His time. He also calls us to be wise stewards of what He has entrusted to us and to seek peace where it is possible.

Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this wife and her husband to You. You know the history of this house, the hurt they experienced there, and the division that remains over the deed and the sale. We ask for Your protection over them and over the brother and his family as well. Soften hearts where there is hardness, bring conviction where there is wrongdoing, and bring repentance and reconciliation where it is possible. Grant wisdom to all involved and guide those who give legal counsel, so that what is lawful and just may be done without further harm. Provide for this couple a secure home and provision for their needs, and give them peace that guards their hearts while they wait for a resolution. Help them to act with grace and truth, to set healthy boundaries, and to entrust vengeance and justice to You. We ask this in the hope we have in Christ, who will not forsake His own. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to seek godly counsel and sound legal advice regarding the joint ownership and the sale, and to involve trusted pastors or mature believers who can walk with you and perhaps help mediate with the brother and his family. Keep careful records, act lawfully and calmly, and do not return harshness for harshness. If you ever feel unsafe, please seek help immediately from your church leaders and the proper authorities.

May the Lord grant you patience, clarity and provision in the days ahead. Please keep us updated so we can continue to pray for you.
