We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles your family is facing, and we are here to pray and offer biblical guidance. Firstly, it's important to address the dream. The Bible tells us that dreams can be a way for God to speak to us, but we must be discerning. In Acts 2:17 WEB, it says, " 'It will be in the last days, says God, that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh. Your sons and your daughters will prophesy. Your young men will see visions. Your old men will dream dreams." However, not all dreams are from God. We should test the spirits to see if they are from God.
The dream features the deceased mother, but the Bible is clear that we should not seek information from the deceased, as this is considered divination and is forbidden. In Deuteronomy 18:10-11 WEB, it says, "There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who tells fortunes, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or someone who consults with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer."
Instead, let's focus on the message God may be sending through the symbols in the dream. The rings could symbolize covenant, commitment, or promise. In the context of your financial hardship, it could signify God's promises to provide and care for you.
Regarding your financial situation, we encourage you to hold firmly to God's promises. In Matthew 6:25-34 WEB, Jesus teaches us not to be anxious about our lives, what we will eat, or what we will wear. He reminds us that our heavenly Father knows we need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.

We pray for Your divine provision, that You would open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing that they would not have room enough to receive. Stay strong in faith, and keep your eyes on Jesus. He is the author and finisher of your faith.
