We come before the Lord with a heart of intercession, lifting up this brother who is burdened by debt and seeking employment. First, we must address the mention of terms that do not align with Scripture—such as "Mangekyo Sharingan" and other references that originate from worldly or occult influences. These have no place in the life of a believer, for we are called to renounce all forms of darkness and cling to the light of Christ. The Bible warns us in Ephesians 5:11, *"Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even reprove them."* We must reject anything that does not glorify God and instead fill our minds and hearts with His truth.
We also note that while the request ends with the name of Jesus Christ, it is essential to emphasize that salvation and deliverance come *only* through faith in Him. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If this brother has not yet surrendered his life to Christ, we urge him to do so, confessing his sins and trusting in Jesus as his Lord and Savior. For those who are in Christ, we are called to walk in obedience, trusting God to provide for our needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).
Now, let us pray for this brother’s financial struggles and job search. Father God, we come before You on behalf of this man who is weighed down by debt and in need of stable employment. You see his burdens, Lord, and we ask that You would open doors of opportunity that no man can shut. Provide him with a job that not only meets his financial needs but also allows him to honor You with his work. Give him favor in the eyes of employers, wisdom in his preparations, and peace as he waits on You. We declare that his debts will not define him, for You are his Provider. As Psalm 37:21 says, *"The wicked borrow and don’t pay back, but the righteous give generously."* We pray that he would walk in righteousness, trusting You to supply all his needs.
Lord, we also lift up his pursuit of the BJMP Jail Officer 1 position. Grant him clarity of mind, strength, and confidence as he prepares for the neuropsychiatric exam. Remove all anxiety and replace it with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). If this is Your will for him, we ask that You guide his steps and grant him success. If it is not, we trust that You have something better in store.
We rebuke the spirit of lack and fear that may be trying to take hold of him. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life abundantly (John 10:10). We stand on Your promises, Lord, and declare that this brother will walk in financial freedom and divine provision. Help him to manage his resources wisely, to be a good steward of what You entrust to him, and to resist the temptation to rely on worldly solutions rather than You.
Finally, we pray for his spiritual growth. May he draw near to You, Lord, and find his strength in Your Word. Help him to cast all his anxieties on You, for You care for him (1 Peter 5:7). Surround him with godly counsel and encouragement, and let him be a light in whatever sphere You place him. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
