Dearest Father, I wish to be rid of this bitterness, and anger. I want to be free of that stone around my neck. If it is your will I would like to go to school, to gain a degree, so that I can follow my dream. Lord break this cycle that my family for generations has been stuck in. This curse of poverty of the mind and wallet. I don't want to be rich, but to be rich in Spirit. I don't want to be famous, but to have my voice be heard. I don't want to have legions of fans, but to really know the Love of God. Lord, I want to be taken seriously. To be cherished. Please Lord. Allow my children to have a parent they can be proud of. One of integrity, love, passion, and steadfast faith. I believe in You, I believe in Your power, grant me the power to attain my dreams. Dreams of peace, family unity, and love. For once Lord allow me to be loved for who I am. Not for what I can do for someone else. I need to know I am worth it. Please Lord. In Your Heavenly Name -Amen.
