Dearest Brothers and Sisters-in-Christ and prayer intercessors,
I offer all my praises and glory to God for all His goodness and mercy despite all the hurts, sacrifices, the pain and sufferings I have been thru because I know God will always be on my side and I always put my trust in Him. I give my thanks to God for all the graces, the blessings, guidance and protection and His love for me, Amen.
On the night of April 8th, Wednesday, I drove to the emergency room of Easton Hospital by myself because of severe and unbearable abdominal pain and after going thru a series of tests, x-rays and catscan, I was diagnosed with a scary pancreatitis. I spent days and nights during the Holy Week at the oncology floor while needles and morphine shots flowing down my veins. I was helpless with no family to see me. I begged to be released from the hospital with a promise to be checked by a gastroenterologist and the required MRI on my pancreas as I will be monitored by my primary physician. I explained that I will feel better outside the hospital because I needed to go to work to pay my bills, instead of depressing myself of my present condition and seeing patients stricken with all sorts of cancer in the same floor where I was. I was finally discharged from the hospital on April 14th and was prescribed medications for pain. May I ask you to pray for my health. I needed the strength to continue my obligations to our prayer group by helping others, the elderly and the sick, assisting the less fortunate and the homeless in soup kitchens and other voluntary activities. Not too long ago, both my hands suffered 2nd degree burns from extremely hot oil while cooking for someone and indeed I suffered tremendous pain. Despite, I could only offer all the pain at the foot of the cross.
The court hearing scheduled last April 1st was cancelled when my lawyer
