Dear Sir/Madam,
Praise the lord. I am ###, from India. I have started a construction work for a small house in my three cent land. I have completed the building basement, compound wall, electric connection, bore well, etc… Now my ### filed a case against me and my ### and stopped the construction work in the middle. In the petition, she mentioned:
(i) If I built the house (next to her house), she won’t get fresh air and sun light.
(ii) I didn’t survey the land, before I start the construction.
(iii) I did cut all the trees from her land and sold it out. And many more...
Dear sir, All the above points are fully dishonest. Actually she need my land to make her land big. So, she filed a case and stopped my construction work.
a) I am working in ### with my family, so my neighbor gave me a room in his house, to keep all my furniture’s and vessels. Now four years passed, still my civil case is not come to the end. Now my neighbor ask me to go somewhere else with my household items. Where shall I go?
b) In this situation, my ### was expired last November. We kept his body on the basement which is ready for construction. Because we don’t have a house to kept his dead body. My ### was very happy because, I was kept my ### in a open place.
c) Now, there is a new lady Judge, who is appointed in our court. She don’t have knowledge about civil case, she just postpone my case easily to next month every time. What I have to do now? My ### is not caring about the case delaying, and she is always going ### ones in every three months, and her advocate also never come to the court to allow the case end.
Dear Sir, I have to resume my construction work ASAP. But my ### target is, that I should not built a house on my basement. I never did any mistake in the property. Dear Sir, Kindly pray for my house and the civil case to be end ASAP. I am eagerly waiting to glorify our lord Jesus Christ. Thanks in advance.
