Dear prayer warriors, please pray for those people who are taking too much fat in their food suppy. Chefs recipes are too high in fat, calories and non essential nutrients. God wants us all healthy and fit to serve Him in Sunday School, assist the pastor, youth director, and other service to the Lord. So, please see how high in fat is in you intake. Exercise and do push ups when you are gaining weight. Your heart rythm also is essential for a good health. Jesus fasted and prayer forty days and forty nights. Some of us need too fast also and give tithe and offerings to the Lord Jesus. Dear Jesus help us to do what is best for us and for our brothers and sisters in the Lord. In Jesus name. Amen
