Greetings from my side!!
I want your guidance & assistance in my life so that I overcome the tension which I am facing in my life at the moment.
I am going through lot of stress right now in my life. Not knowing what to do. Want God to be my guiding force and my safe guard. Have full faith in his power. I belong to the Roman Catholic Church. I want to marry my cousin. For me Love is God. Truly believe that God is the one who made us together in a loving relation for the past 5-6 years. Why do we say marrying your cousin a sin? God never said so & there is no mention in the bible that cousin marriages is sin.
I read the below information that
Leviticus 18 lists the forbidden relationships and cousins are not forbidden nor is cousin marriage forbidden anywhere else in the Bible.
Please provide me with your assistance & guidance. I loved a person & wanted to spend my life with that person. Its only that I wish to hope and want to try to make it possible. I should not want to feel sorry in future for myself for not trying. I loved a person & gone through so many up & downs in life but then also we are still together. Has this not God's doing? Not allowing cousins to marry who are in love is very sad. Have they committed any sin by loving which is the greatest virtue given by GOD. Because of not allowing marriage between cousins, how many have suffered the pain of being separated from their loved ones.
