Dear Lord,

You know I tend to over think everything, critically. It has been a weakness of mine since I was little. To be honest I do not even know how I do it so well, but I do! And it negatively affects my marriage. I over analyze all the time, including when it comes to thinking about my husband, thinking about intimacy, thinking about finances, and oh so much more. Do so hinders my ability to enjoy the present and trust you. I am so sorry for doing this. I pray you would radically change my mind. Help me to stop analyzing according to my knowledge or experience. Help me to think more like you. I know my mind and thought process needs much work so I am giving you permission to come and help me change in Jesus’ name AMEN!

I have problems with this as well. It's not as bad as it used to be because I take medication for anxiety and it helps. When I do have this problem I just stop and push the thoughts aside and say Lord I trust in you to take care of this and to do what is best for me as you always do and guide me to the right things and decisions. I hope you find a way to stop this and trust in The Lord because he will fix it I promise but it will take some time and some work. It's hard but we must trust in The Lord for everything and about everything. God Bless You I hope this helps just know you are not alone in this.
