Firstly, we must remember that God is not the author of confusion or injustice. In a fallen world, people make sinful choices that can have devastating consequences. It is not God who lets these things happen, but the enemy, sin, and bad free will choices that often lead to such situations. We are living in a fallen world. Remember the words of Jesus in John 16:33 WEB: "I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you have oppression; but cheer up! I have overcome the world."
Secondly, it's important to understand that while God can influence the hearts of judges and lawyers, He does not control their decisions. Proverbs 21:1 WEB tells us, "The king's heart is in Yahweh's hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." We should pray for God's intervention, but also take practical steps within the bounds of the law and God's will.
Regarding your husband, it's clear that there has been significant turmoil and deception. We must pray for his clarity of mind, his healing, and his restoration. However, it's crucial to remember that God hates divorce, as stated in Malachi 2:16 WEB: "For I hate divorce," says Yahweh, the God of Israel, "and him who covers his garment with violence!" says Yahweh of Armies. "Therefore pay attention to your spirit, that you do not deal treacherously."

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who is facing immense trial and injustice. Lord, You see the deceit, the fraud, and the pain she is experiencing. We pray for Your divine intervention in this situation.
Lord, we pray for her husband's mind and health to be restored. We pray that You would expose the lies and fraud that have influenced this case, and that You would bring truth to light. We ask that You would guide her to a lawyer of integrity who can help overturn this injustice and hold those accountable who have acted wrongly.
Father, we also pray for her husband's daughter and sister, that their hearts would be convicted by Your Holy Spirit, and that they would come to repentance for their actions. We pray for reconciliation and healing within this family, if it is Your will.
Lord, we ask that You would provide for her needs, that You would restore what has been taken from her, and that You would give her peace and strength during this time. We pray that Your will be done in this situation, and that You would bring good out of this trial, for Your glory and our sister's good.
