Dear Lord, today is my daughter's civics exam for the 3rd quarter. She really had a hard time in this subject but I tried to help her study in order to ace the exam. She's good in other subjects except for this because she has a hard time expressing it in our dialect. I have prayed for her and entrust all our worries and concerns to You, Lord. Guide her and be with her. Help her recall what we had studied last night, I pray that she will not forget, that she will not suffer mental block because of information overload.
Lord, this is the subject that she's scared of and so do I. Her teacher was also strict to the class and not so considerate with the grades so I will also include her in my prayers that You may touch her heart. Please, I beg, that she can see thru my daughter how she tried so hard to pass her subject. Touch her mind, Lord.
My daughter needs to ace her exam today to pull her grades up. Her seatworks were not so good but her quizzes, long tests were high. I pray then that thru the exam that my daughter is taking right now that she will have high grades so that she can redeem herself or pull up her grades.
Thank You also my brothers and sisters in Christ who included my daughter in your prayers. I know some of you will understand me especially if you are the ones personally helping your children to study.
Lord, thru Your Son's Holy Name, our Dear Lord Jesus Christ, hear my pleas. I bow humbly before You, sinful and merciful, to please grant my prayers and help my child to pass and ace her exams this quarter especially sibika, filipino, math and all the rest. Thank You. Amen.
