Dear Lord please help me with my intense fear and anxiety I know it is wrong please forgive me Lord for failing to overcome it please deliver me from this i can;t stop thinking about my niece and her recent diagnosis and my upcoming surgery i just feel like everything is turned upside down i don't know what to do and how to plan i am also scared i have the same illness as my niece as i have similar GI symptoms i told the drs but they have not been concerned Lord please let them not be missing anything forgive my sins i feel so overwhelmed also the anxiety is making all the GI symptoms worse but nothing seems to stop it please help me  Lord in Jesus Name amen thank You

I suffer from anxiety as well for many different reasons. May sound strange but breathing is key. Breath in deeply all of God's love through your nose. Feel yourself full of his love. Exhale all of the negativity through your mouth for a longer period than your inhale. Be thankful to Him for all you are and have. You are blessed and He wants to continue to bless you.

Please receive our prayers, which we offer before You, for all members of your holy Church,

That in our vocation and ministry, we may truly and reverently serve You.
