Dear Lord,

Please help me restore my marriage with Ed. Please give me the strength and courage to ask for a marriage counselor. I am afraid Ed will not even consider it. But, we need a third party to explain things and suggest better ways of communication, etc. Deliver him from alcoholism. Keep him from having a hard heart towards my daughter and me and so many others.
