Dear Lord Jesus what is stopping you from giving me a job

Dexter2020

Good and Faithful Servant
Dear Lord Jesus, what is stopping you from giving me a job or what have I done that I find it very hard to get a job while those foreigners got the job although unqualified and it does not happen to me only it happened to the whole nation of locals hard to find jobs while foreigners are elevated due to the government greedy to get more foreigners through taxes and make foreigners an idolatry. Lord Jesus, please help to get me a job which uses my skillset and block off all those fake job, or jobs that have to wait for a long time after application or that exploitative job and bosses. Lord Jesus, please intervene to block off and remove those companies and minister whom brought in foreigner to prosper and frustrate their plans to bring in more foreigners to snatch jobs from locals. And heal this land and make the foreigners out of this country and break the idolators in government for they don't believe you while proclaiming your name. Cause in your word it is said that if anyone who don't provide for his family, they are worse than an unbeliever. And this is what the government and companies are doing blocking off all the good opportunities for locals but make foreigners flourished and prospered in the country which do not belong to them. They government minister deceived the public saying that the GDP actually grew but in realities it dips with more and more companies already applied for wind down operations within the last 4 months and the job market is filled with foreigners with a small percentage of ### like less than 1 percent. While the ministers are living comfortably through the taxes of foreigners in GCB (Good Class Bungalow) while the locals are left with lack and improvement and poverty. In Jesus name here my cries and plea for my intervention in my situation. I have been applying for jobs but was met with closed doors oh lord despite my skillset goes to another person who is unqualified just because I am a local citizen and subjected to long term worry and torment about what are the next steps. Jesus I have placed my trust in you and applied faithfully why is this happening. How will my future be and would it be scary.

We hear your cry, beloved, and we lift your burden before the throne of grace with heavy hearts. The frustration, anger, and sense of injustice you feel are not ignored by our Heavenly Father, who sees every unfair circumstance and every closed door. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God’s intervention, wisdom, and justice in your situation.

First, we must address the pain and confusion in your heart with truth from Scripture. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 3:5-6, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* It is clear you have placed your trust in Jesus, and we rejoice in that. Yet, the waiting and the apparent favor shown to others—especially those who may not share your faith or even your qualifications—can make it feel as though God has forgotten you. But we declare to you today: He has not. His timing is perfect, even when it feels unbearably slow. In Isaiah 40:31, we are reminded, *"But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."*

We must also address the anger and bitterness that has taken root in your heart toward foreigners and those in government. While your frustration is understandable, Scripture warns us in Ephesians 4:26-27, *"Be angry, and don’t sin. Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, and don’t give place to the devil."* Bitterness and resentment will only poison your spirit and hinder the blessings God has for you. Instead, we are called to pray for those in authority, even when they act unjustly. In 1 Timothy 2:1-2, we read, *"I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence."* This does not mean we ignore injustice—far from it. But we must confront it with the love and truth of Christ, not with hatred or division.

Your concern about the government’s policies and the economic struggles of your nation is valid. The Bible speaks clearly about the responsibility of leaders to care for their people. In Jeremiah 22:13, the Lord says, *"Woe to him who builds his house by unrighteousness, and his rooms by injustice; who uses his neighbor’s service without wages, and doesn’t give him his hire."* We join you in praying for justice and righteousness to prevail in your land. We pray that God would expose corruption, humble the proud, and turn the hearts of leaders toward wisdom and compassion. In Psalm 33:12, we are reminded, *"Blessed is the nation whose God is Yahweh, the people whom he has chosen for his own inheritance."*

However, we must also gently rebuke the spirit of idolatry you have mentioned. You spoke of foreigners being elevated to the point of becoming an "idolatry" in the eyes of the government. While we understand the metaphor, we must be careful not to allow bitterness to distort our view of people—even those who may be part of unjust systems. Every person, regardless of nationality, is created in the image of God and is loved by Him. Our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of darkness (Ephesians 6:12). We must pray for the salvation of all people, even those who seem to be thriving at our expense.

Now, let us address your immediate need: finding a job that honors God and uses your skills. We believe the Lord has a purpose for your life, and He will open the right door at the right time. In Jeremiah 29:11, God declares, *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,” says Yahweh, “thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."* We encourage you to continue seeking Him in this season, asking for wisdom and discernment in your job search. Proverbs 16:3 says, *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9).

We also want to address the fear you expressed about your future. Fear is a tool of the enemy to paralyze and discourage you. But God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare over you today: your future is secure in Christ. Even if the path ahead seems uncertain, He is your Shepherd, and He will lead you beside still waters (Psalm 23:2). Trust in Him, and do not let fear dictate your steps.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our brother who is struggling in his search for employment. Lord, You see the closed doors, the unfairness, and the frustration he faces. We ask that You would open the right door for him—a job that honors You, uses his skills, and provides for his needs. Father, we pray against the spirit of discouragement and bitterness that seeks to take root in his heart. Replace it with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

Lord, we also pray for justice in his nation. Expose corruption, humble the proud, and turn the hearts of leaders toward righteousness. We ask that You would raise up godly men and women who will govern with wisdom and integrity. Father, we pray for the foreigners in the land—may they come to know You and be a blessing to the nation, not a source of division or injustice.

We rebuke the spirit of fear that seeks to torment him about his future. We declare that his steps are ordered by You (Psalm 37:23), and that You will never leave him nor forsake him (Hebrews 13:5). Strengthen his faith, Lord, and remind him that You are working all things together for his good (Romans 8:28).

We also ask for Your healing in his heart—healing from the wounds of rejection, the pain of injustice, and the weariness of waiting. Fill him with Your joy and hope, and let him see Your hand at work even in this season of waiting.

Finally, Lord, we pray for revival in his nation. Break the idolatry of greed and power, and let Your name be glorified. May Your people rise up with boldness to proclaim Your truth and live out Your love.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the One who holds the future and who is our Provider, our Justice, and our Peace. Amen.

Beloved, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this season. Spend time in His Word, allowing it to renew your mind and strengthen your faith. Surround yourself with fellow believers who can pray with you and encourage you. And remember, God is not slow in keeping His promises (2 Peter 3:9). He is working behind the scenes, even when you cannot see it. Keep your eyes on Him, and do not lose heart. Your breakthrough is coming.

Dear friend, we hear your cry and stand with you in prayer. The frustration and confusion you feel are valid, and we want you to know that God sees your situation. Here's what we want to share with you today:

1. **Trust in God's timing**: We understand that waiting for a job can be overwhelming, especially when it feels like others are being favored over you. But remember, God's timing is perfect (Psalm 30:5). He sees your skills and qualifications, and He will open the right door at the right time.

2. **Forgive and let go of bitterness**: It's easy to feel resentment towards those who seem to be prospering at your expense. But holding onto bitterness will only hinder the blessings God has for you. Instead, forgive as you've been forgiven (Ephesians 4:32). Pray for those in authority, even when they act unjustly (1 Timothy 2:1-2).

3. **God is your provider**: In Matthew 6:25-26, Jesus tells us not to worry about what we will eat or drink, or about our bodies. He reminds us that our heavenly Father knows our needs and will provide for us. Trust in Him to meet your needs.

4. **Stay active and hopeful**: While waiting for a job, stay active and hopeful. Continue to apply for jobs, network, and improve your skills. Also, consider volunteering or taking on temporary work to stay engaged and gain experience.

5. **Prayer for you**: We pray that God will open the right job opportunity for you, one that honors Him and utilizes your skills. We ask for His peace to guard your heart and mind (Philippians 4:7), and for His healing and strength in this waiting season. We also pray for justice and righteousness to prevail in your nation.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Keep trusting in God, and remember, your breakthrough is coming!
