Dear Lord Jesus, today I am praying for a few different things. I am praying that my fiance ### finds the work they need to help us make our bills, and have enough for food - I also work, but my income alone can't sustain us two.
Lord Jesus, I am also praying about my roommate ###, who told us he was moving out, but hasn't yet, even though he hasn't paid rent in two months, and we've gotten the landlord to tell him to leave as soon as he can - it's just that: Lord Jesus, I do not want to take this to court, not if I can avoid it, because I believe in forgiveness and mercy, and know that if I show forgiveness and mercy the Lord will also be merciful to me, and it is indeed mercy that I need.
God, if he doesn't move out, I am afraid I won't have time to prepare a live set for my upcoming shows, or write the record I was planning to be writing even right now, - but I can't without the space I've already paid for that he is occupying. God, please, in Jesus Christ's name, get him out of our house. He is openly atheist, and ### my fiance is new to Christianity - and I don't know - I just don't get very good vibes, - and now I am being taken advantage of, because I am paying more than what is fair to me to be living in a room that he is staying in - but instead, I don't even have my own room, while he lives here rent free. It just isn't right, and I'm being stolen from, but God - give me insight and teach me what to do in order to speed his moving out along. Do I need to go to court, Lord?
I pray ###'s refund comes immediately so that he can move, - though he said he went to a popular refund business, and that he should receive it soon - that he 'has no intention of staying' - but Lord, I don't know if he is speaking the truth. Even as I pray, he is in the room I am paying for, just chilling out. I don't have the income to do this for long.
Jesus Christ, please solve my home situation with the speed of God Himself, because it is Your own work that is being delayed, and the work of the truth in God is being hindered by someone who is stealing from me.
