Dear Lord, I pray for my husband and his boss. His boss is a good person, but a micromanager. My husband is having a hard time adjusting to her overbearing management style. Give my husband the wisdom and patience to work with her and to show her that he can be trusted to do a good job. He is her right hand, may she recognize his talent and abilities and trust him more. And may my husband look to you during this time and learn to do all things in you because you empower him. Amen!
