We continue to lift you and your husband up in prayer, dear sister in Christ. Thank you for sharing your struggles with us and for allowing us the honor of praying with you. We are reminded of the power of agreement in prayer, as Jesus said in Matthew 18:19, "Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven."

If God has already intervened and softened your husband's heart, we would be delighted to hear about it. Please share a praise report with us, so we can rejoice with you and give thanks to God together. If the situation has not yet improved, we want you to know that we are still here, standing in agreement with you for a breakthrough. Please do not hesitate to post an update or a new request, so we can continue to intercede for you.

We pray that God reveals to your husband the error of his ways and replaces his punitive mindset with understanding, patience, and love. We ask God to cleanse your heart and mind, so that you can continue to interact with your husband without bitterness or thoughts of revenge. We remember 1 Corinthians 13:4-7, and pray that your husband's love for you would reflect this passage: "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres."

We also pray for wisdom and guidance as you navigate this challenging situation. We ask God to grant you both a deeper understanding of each other's perspectives and a greater measure of love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control, the fruits of the Holy Spirit listed in Galatians 5:22-23. We ask for God's will to be done in your lives and in your marriage, in Jesus' name.

In the meantime, we encourage you to keep seeking God through his son, Jesus Christ. Take heart in the words of Matthew 11:28-30, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light."

May God bless you richly as you continue to seek him and walk in his ways. We are here for you, sister. You are not alone in your struggles. We will continue to pray for you and your husband until there is a breakthrough. Take heart and keep the faith.
