Dear Lord,

I never felt so much pain in my life. Most people quickly turn to family during these desperate times but I have no family. I have you God and that's good enough. I been through so much and I pray constantly for a change. I go to church every Sunday, read my Bible every day, and know that one day these chains will be broken. Things never happen on our terms; therefore, God is always on time. I desperately need a job and a roof over my head. The good thing, I keep a smile on my face through it all. I'm not the type to complain because God is keeping me. It's hard but easy enough for God. Please, everyone pray and continue to pray for me. I'm at my lowest but I refuse to give up.

Holy God and loving Father, I consciously place my fears, worries, anxieties, and burdens in your hands. I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit.
